Poems of a Thousand Families is a collection of poems widely circulated throughout the ages. The poems selected in the anthology are all metrical poems and quatrains, most of which are easy to understand, poetic and natural, fluent in language and easy to recite. Originally an anthology compiled by Liu Kezhuang in the Southern Song Dynasty, it was always called Selected Poems of Thousand Immortals in Tang and Song Dynasties.
