1. Strengthen the theoretical research of curriculum reform and effectively promote the implementation of a new round of curriculum reform.

To strengthen the theoretical research of curriculum reform, we should deeply understand the background, objectives, key points, requirements and implementation methods of curriculum reform, closely combine the interpretation of new curriculum with chemistry teaching in all grades, thoroughly reform backward teaching methods, and make teachers' teaching methods, ideas and behaviors adapt to the requirements of curriculum standards as soon as possible.

It is necessary to establish a new teaching concept. The new teaching concept has four main characteristics: first, the talent concept focuses on promoting the development of each student, respecting the individual differences of students and developing their potential; The second is the teaching concept, which advocates students' active learning, independent learning, inquiry learning, cooperative learning and experiential learning; Third, the evaluation concept, establishing multi-dimensional evaluation objectives conducive to students' development; Fourthly, the concept of teaching resources requires teachers to creatively use teaching materials, develop and utilize teaching curriculum resources, and pay attention to humanities education that is close to students, life and society.

Continue to strengthen the training of new textbooks for senior high school teachers. Carry out the selection of high-quality chemistry courses and encourage teachers to actively participate in classroom teaching reform.

2. Solidly carry out school-based teaching and research, and constantly improve the teaching level of teachers.

3. Take classroom teaching reform as a breakthrough, and strengthen the guidance of review teaching in grade three.

Strengthen the guidance of chemistry review teaching in grade three. 4. Strengthen the teaching research and guidance of basic grades in senior high schools.

The classroom teaching requirements of basic grades are clear teaching objectives, prominent teaching focus, rigorous teaching structure, proper teaching methods, thorough knowledge explanation and proper training for students. This semester, through listening to lectures, investigating, preparing lessons collectively, guiding preparing lessons, evaluating classroom teaching design and other activities, we will focus on strengthening the cultivation of teachers' basic teaching quality and teaching ability, and effectively improve the quality of chemistry teaching in basic grades. Further strengthen the quality inspection and evaluation of basic achievements, and increase the special investigation of experimental teaching. 5. Strengthen the guidance of senior three review, and effectively improve the quality of senior three review.
