This semester our class carried out the comprehensive learning activity of "Knocking on the Door of Poetry". In order to carry out this learning activity, the teacher divided us into five groups, and each group made a study plan. I am the leader of the first group. In the plan, I arranged for Zhang Ludong to collect poems from different poets, Hong Xiaokai to collect poems of different categories, Liu Peixin to write more poems, Liu Tianyi to collect poems, stories and nursery rhymes, and Hu Xianwen and I to compile poetry collections. The collection of poems cannot be completed in one or two days, so I have been paying attention to the progress of my classmates. In this comprehensive learning activity, the teacher also organized us to carry out a series of activities: 1. Poetry recitation. In order to show off our talents at the meeting, our group first agreed on a theme: Approaching Li Qingzhao. Everyone in our group looked up a poem by Li Qingzhao. I also found out the meaning of these poems and the introduction of Li Qingzhao. At the meeting, each person in our group recited a poem by Li Qingzhao. I explained the meaning of the poem and introduced Li Qingzhao’s life and several short stories. During our recitation and introduction, the whole class got closer to Li Qingzhao with us to understand her poetry and her character. 2. Poetry Knowledge Competition. This is a competition of knowledge and wisdom. In order to achieve good results in the competition, everyone in our group worked very hard and searched for information on reciting poetry after class. We were all very nervous, not knowing what kind of questions the teacher would ask. During the competition, we were calm, strong and lucky. Our group led all the way, passed the test, and achieved first place. We cheer for this, we are proud, and our efforts have paid off. 3. Write your own poems. Since childhood, I have read many poems. In the poems, I have experienced the bells of the maple bridge and the solitary smoke in the desert. We are immersed in the song-like and picturesque realm. Today, we finally have to write our own poems, and everyone in our group is eager to try. Hu Xianwen was the first to complete the song "I Want." . . . . . ", Zhang Ludong wrote a song "The Taste of the Sun", and the talented writer Liu Peixin was certainly not to be outdone, and created "Mountain Fog", "Autumn Harvest", and "Mountain Beauty" all at once. Of course I was no exception. I saw the birds flying outside the window, and inspiration suddenly came to me, like a spring of water, and I finished "I am a Bird" in one go. The teacher praised me for my good writing and asked me to go to the podium to read it to everyone. I felt so happy that I could compare with Du Fu and Li Bai. 4. Compile a collection of poems. The collection of poems is the collective result of our group members and the crystallization of our wisdom. Hu Xianwen and I are responsible for the editing work. Our busyness begins. Next to a path, there stands a maple tree with red leaves. The title of the poetry collection "The Rhythm of Poetry" is written on the path. The falling maple leaves dance like colorful butterflies, and a kind of tranquil beauty emerges on the paper. This is the cover of the poetry collection designed by Hu Xianwen. I classified the information collected by the team members and designed four sections in the poetry collection: ancient poetry, modern poetry, creative world, and poetry knowledge. "Creative World" contains small poems written by members of our group, with a total of 8 poems. Everyone saw that the poems they wrote were included in the poetry collection, and they felt so beautiful in their hearts. Through this comprehensive learning activity, I gained a lot. We made friends with poems and had a preliminary understanding of them; I also learned about some stories of poets and poets, and I admired their thoughts and characters even more. Originally, I thought writing poetry was unattainable, but now I can write a short poem on any subject. In this activity, we also learned to help each other, learn cooperatively, and enhance the friendship between classmates through cooperation. The only shortcoming of this event is that it was too short. It seems that we have just knocked on the door of poetry and haven’t had time to step in.
