Old, gray-haired, sleepy.
When you are too old to walk, take a nap by the fire.
The memory of youth
How many people loved your happy youth?
Worship your beauty is false or true.
Only one person still loves your pious soul.
Love the wrinkles on your old face
Old, low eyebrows, dim lights.
The wind blew away your news.
This is the song in my heart.
How many people loved your happy youth?
Worship your beauty is false or true.
Only one person still loves your pious soul.
Love the wrinkles on your old face
Old, low eyebrows, dim lights.
The wind blew away your news.
This is the song in my heart.
When I'm old
I really hope this song is for you.
When You Are Old is a song sung by Zhao Zhao. The lyrics are adapted from the Irish poet Ye Zhi's poem When You Are Old, composed by Zhao Zhao, and included in the album When You Are Old released by Zhao Zhao 20 15.
The creation of this song stems from Zhao Zhao's feelings for his mother. Because Zhao Zhao had been "drifting north" to make music before attending the first season of "Good Chinese Songs", he seldom sang to his mother. When I happened to read Ye Zhi's poem When You Are Old, he suddenly remembered his mother's dim light under the window and wrote this song.
