Wandering immortals is the "traditional" theme of poets since Wei and Jin Dynasties. In the Tang Dynasty, due to the heyday of Buddhism and Taoism, there was a social atmosphere of yearning for the other side of the world and the wonders of the fairy mountains from the court to the people. Coupled with the romantic literary trend of thought, you xian poetry has become a fascinating object in Tang poetry.
Guan Xiu was a famous monk and Taoist poet in the late Tang Dynasty. He became a monk at the age of seven, and it is said that he "remembers thousands of words of scripture every day." Because he is proficient in the hidden meaning of Confucian classics, his poems and paintings are extraordinary. He was once valued by King Qian Liu of wuyue. Wang Jian 8 1 year-old was honored in Yizhou.
Although this group of poems is divided into four sections, composed of four quatrains and five or seven different words, they are internally and organically related. It is a complete set of poems, which systematically writes out all kinds of scenes the poet saw in his dream of wandering around the immortals.
In the first section, the poet met the Taoist Li Babao in his sleepwalking. The Taoist priest is resting in a silver building in the middle of the sea. We can imagine that his silver whiskers are as bright as this silver building. It has always been said that the fairy mountain is often in the sea. There is a famous sentence in Bai Juyi's Song of Eternal Sorrow, "I suddenly heard that there are fairy mountains overseas and some intangible worlds"; The legendary Penglai, abbot and Yingzhou are also at sea, so Guanxiu has the saying of "Zhongshan Dream on the Sea". What is peculiar is the unique image of the "Silver House", which is simple and makes people imagine and increase their longing for the fairy mountain.
The second section describes the fairy drama: three or four young daughters, dressed in fluttering clothes, each holding a bright orb, but not cherishing it. However, they threw pears on a pear tree like stones. The pears were dazzling and fell to the ground one after another, accompanied by their laughter ... The word "Sasha Vujacic" not only made us want to see their graceful figures, graceful and colorful. Playing "Golden Pear" with "Bright Moon Pearl" not only makes us want to see the splendor and magic of the cobblestone fairyland, but also shows that the fairyland full of golden pears is like the Yaochi of the Queen Mother of the West, which is full of burning flat peaches.
The third section is about Yaochi White Dragon. The poet met the Taoist priest, met the fairy and wandered to the shore of Yaochi. Along the way, the canal was clear and the ground was clean. Suddenly, he saw a towering Toona sinensis standing by the pool. Under the Toona sinensis tree, there is a snow-like white dragon swimming. The dragon is neither bared nor furious, but snuggles up and sniffs people like tame animals. Here, the words "sensen" and "sniffing people" are used concisely. "Dense" let us see the lush and dense Toona sinensis, as if we had witnessed it with our own eyes; And "Sniffing People" makes us want to see the white dragon as docile as a yellow dog, and points out the wonder and mystery of wandering immortals.
The fourth part is about the magnificent palace in fairyland. The poet followed his path of sleepwalking and finally came to the center of fairyland. Here, the halls and pavilions are towering, the purple air is lush, the royal river is like a golden canal, and the jade sand is sparkling with colorful Xia Guang. The fairies guarding the palace gate wandered together and slept together. In this situation, our poet can't help but become a daring Sun Walker. He jumped into the forbidden garden and tried to steal some flat peaches. Unexpectedly, he was guilty and almost fell headlong ... This humorous passage is meaningful, revealing the poet's humorous spirit and naughty childlike innocence.
In short, this group of poems is novel in style and unique in artistic conception: the Taoist priest in the Silver House, the fairy who beats pears with pearls, the white dragon who sniffs people under the dense cypress tree, and the fairy who sleeps next to them ... All kinds of vivid images constitute a wonderful picture that is not like the world, but seems to be better than the world, full of the poet's wonderful fantasy and magnificent imagination, full of romanticism, and the language of this group of poems is popular and simple.
