Responsibilities of female members:
1, responsible for the organization and management of women workers in the guild, supervising the daily life and work of women workers, and conducting investigations on the protection of women workers' rights and interests;
2. Organize regular physical examination for female workers, and track the annual renewal and claims settlement of female workers;
3. Actively carry out technical training and cultural education and training for female employees to improve their comprehensive ability and quality;
4. According to the requirements of women workers' departments, organize women workers to carry out various activities to improve their work enthusiasm;
5. Communicate and understand the family information of female employees, and organize co-management activities before work;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Trade unions at all levels have established women workers' committees. The Women Workers Committee and the Trade Union Committee were established at the same time. Enterprises, institutions, organs, other social organizations and other grass-roots committees of trade unions shall set up women workers' committees, with more than ten women members and less than ten women workers' committees. The director and deputy director of the female workers' committee of grass-roots trade unions and trade union committees shall also be reported to the higher-level trade unions for examination and approval.
