Therefore, in order to strengthen the education management in party member, we must first help the secretary and deputy secretary to establish the confidence of relying on the Party branch to manage party member. At present, in order to enhance the confidence of managing party member on the basis of self-education, we should focus on solving the following four problems:
The first is to solve the problem that cognitive bias is unwilling to manage. The third is to solve the problem that is not willing to manage. Some comrades think that party member is also a human being. The fourth is to solve the problem that the principle is not strong and dare not manage.
