1, the computer opens the Word document. We input our own poems, preferably one per page. Leave the first page blank.
2. Click the menu bar to start, select the title of the poem, and format the name of each poem as title 1.
3. Go back to the blank page of the home page and click on the menu bar: Reference-Directory-Custom Directory. We have set up a catalogue of poems.
4. Set the parameters in the pop-up window, as shown in the figure below, and click OK.
5. Now that the directory has been built, click Ctrl+ directory name to open this poem.
6. Next, we can insert a picture at the end of the document, or create a new document and insert a picture as the cover of the poetry collection. We can also write the name of the poem and your own name, and you will be a poet from now on.
