In the morning exercise the next day, I paid special attention to other classes. Senior students finish exercises independently. Although the second and third grades were guided by teachers, they were not directly disturbed, but completed the exercises along a fixed runway. So I learned to use the way of other teachers, no longer supervise the team, but run in front of the class and guide the students to run at a constant speed. In this way, the top students have a sense of direction under my guidance and can run neatly along the inner ring. The students behind also know how to pay attention to the movement of the team and know how to follow closely. This morning run is the most neat performance since the beginning of our class.
Through the observation of morning running, I realize that every child has his own independent way of thinking, which can be properly guided as a teacher. It is forbidden to impose one's own thinking consciousness on children. Strict institutionalized discipline will only be counterproductive.
In recent years, because of the relocation of immigrants, the number of students has suddenly increased a lot, and the children in the first grade and the big class attached to the kindergarten are younger. So the school arranges two morning exercises every day. The second to sixth grades run outside, and the first grade and preschool children run inside. In the morning exercise, the two teams are like two long queues, one striding forward and the other like a toddler, running inside and out, spectacular and beaming.
In the inner circle, the first-grade kindergarten affiliated large class followed closely. The outer circle is led by the sixth grade and followed by the fifth grade. Not the kui is a big brother elder sister. She also had a leading style when she started running. With the rhythmic pace of the whistle, she was full of pride all the way, and the whole running process was neat and powerful. At this time, the fifth and sixth grade students are like middle-aged men struggling in the front line, and the world's dominance is controlled by them, striding all the way and leading all the way!
The fifth grade is followed by the fourth and third grades. In contrast, the third and fourth grades are not as heroic and ambitious as the fifth and sixth grades. The overall queue is also relatively neat, vertical and horizontal straight lines, distinct levels. They are middle class, with brothers and sisters leading in front and brothers and sisters following behind. This is their best exercise opportunity, laying a good foundation for the next morning exercise and setting an example for their younger brothers and sisters.
The last class in the peripheral queue is Grade Two. After more than a year's running exercise, both height and physique and academic accomplishment are much more mature than those of Grade One. I have been able to finish all the morning exercises in an orderly way without the teacher's reminding and guidance. Although the movements are not as skillful and calm as the third and fourth grades, they try to show the elegance of this age.
The morning run is being carried out in a tense and orderly manner, and classes at different stages show the elegance of different ages. The flying queue in front of us is like the struggle process of different age groups in life. Grade five or six, like the middle age of life, dominates the main force of national production. Their tenacious struggle laid a stable and solid foundation for future generations. The third and fourth grades seem to be in full bloom and full of vitality, moving steadily along the road at the foot of the seniors. 12 grade and preschool children, such as adolescent rebellious teenagers, have just begun their lives, and there are too many things waiting for them to dig and learn. The road ahead is muddy and bumpy, and there are many temptations all the way. If they are not careful, they will easily go astray in the queue. At this time, they can't live without the guidance of their predecessors, and they should be more careful when walking.
Different life stages have different life goals, life trajectories, and struggle and run all the way. May the road under each of us be unimpeded!
