Ma Xinchao was born in Tanghe, Henan. Vice President of Henan Writers Association, Vice President of Henan Academy of Literature, Vice President of Henan Poetry Society, now working in Henan Academy of Literature.
/kloc-joined the army at the age of 0/7, 1984 transferred to Time Youth Magazine. In 2005, he was transferred to Henan College of Literature to engage in professional creation. There are love poems, youth impressions, yellow river lyrics, some forms of the countryside, fantasy rivers and so on. There are three collections of reportage, such as Soul of the River and Documentary of Population Black Market.
His works have been selected into many literary anthologies, some of which have been translated abroad.
He won the literature prize of the 3rd Henan Provincial Government Award "Mangyuan October" and the long poem "Fantasy River" won the 3rd Lu Xun Literature Prize.
