Appreciation of Mother's Poetry

Mistral said in "Ten Commandments of Artists" written by 1930: "Beauty comes from the heart, turns into poetry, purifies you" and "makes your beauty good and soothes people". Most of mistral's poems are praises of love. Love is the theme of her early creation. However, with the change of personal life, the love in her works has extended from the love between men and women to maternal love, and this poem "Mother's Poetry" is the fruit of emotional expansion. After reading Mother's Poems, all readers were moved by her love and tenderness for her lover, children, nature and infinite life. Mistral has never been married or given birth to a child, but she has always had a strong love for her dead lover, imagined that she was pregnant by combining with him, and regarded the imaginary child born in the future as the crystallization of love combined with her beloved. She is like a mother and a child herself. She is her own sister and daughter.

It is the mysterious life bond between mother and daughter that connects mistral's daughter with motherhood. Poems sung to mothers and children are the call and dedication of love.

Based on women's unique life experience, mistral presents readers with three different styles, rich and vivid emotional worlds: the painful and desperate love world, the gentle and bright maternal love world, and the tolerant and caring universal love world.

Is the love of pain and despair, let mistral spread the wings of imagination. In Kissed, she hopes that her future children can "look at people as sweetly as that person, and their voices tremble as that person speaks to me", "because I hope to pin my love on the person who kissed me". Mistral imagined "him" (the future baby) in her belly after she was pregnant with her lover. She hopes that "his little face is as delicate as petals", and she hopes that "his hair is so black and curly". If his skin is as black and red as mud and his hair is straight, she doesn't care, because he is the crystallization of her combination with her beloved. There are not only deep feelings between husband and wife, but also great maternal love. She hopes that when children look at people in the future, their eyes will be as sweet as those of their lovers, and their voices will tremble like those of their lovers. Because she "hopes to pin my love for the person who kissed me on him". Here, she not only expressed her deep nostalgia for her dead lover and eternal love, but also expressed her curiosity about the process of life and her praise and sacred admiration for her mother. Her feelings are sincere and pure. It can be said that this is a love prose poem written from a very unique angle.

Sweetness shows the happiness of being a mother and the sense of responsibility that comes with it: "I believe that trees also have sleeping children, so I bow my head to protect them." Being a mother can make a woman mature and give her more confidence and strength to face life. The gentle and bright world of maternal love makes mistral live and imagine happily, and makes her understand the eternal love connection between mother and child. In Eternal Pain, the poet said, "But don't think that I am inextricably linked with him only when I am pregnant with him. When he walks freely in the field, even if he is far away from me, the wind blowing on him will tear my flesh, and his cry will be shouted through my voice. My crying and laughing depend on your face, my child. " This is the experience that mistral got from the women around him. Mistral had an unhappy childhood. Her painful childhood was nourished by her grandmother, mother and half-sister. Grandma is a devout believer and the only person in the village who owns the Bible. She taught mistral to read this "book of books". My mother's sister is a village teacher who teaches mistral to read. A few years later, mistral, like her, became a rural teacher. With the development of the chapter of self-life, mistral gradually understood the hard and gentle world of his mother. Mother's strength and gentleness in the face of life can be continued and amplified here. If we say that due to the lack of father's love, mistral shows a trace of bitterness in his attachment to his father, while his entanglement with his mother is full of heartfelt gratitude. Generation after generation of several women, no matter how bumpy they are, no matter how unscrupulous their fate is, still generously dedicated their love to this stingy world, which deeply infected mistral's creation.

The Image of the Earth sets off a world of tolerance and nostalgia. "The earth looks like a woman with a child in her arms. I gradually understand the maternal nature of things. Overlooking my mountain, it is also my mother. At dusk, the mist plays on her shoulders and knees like a child. " She regards the earth as her mother. The earth has no children, but it is full of maternal love. The earth is barren, but it spreads maternal love to the world.

"To Husband" imitates the tone of pregnant women to their husbands, "Husband, don't hug me too tightly. You let him float deep in my body like a lily in the water. Let me be as still as water ",showing the ambivalence of longing for love and dedication." "My whole body is just a gauze curtain, and a child sleeps under it!" "I" is not important, but children are the most important.

Dawn shows the pain and joy of childbirth. "I've been up all night. I shivered all night to give gifts. My forehead is full of sweat of death ",the pain of childbirth is really unbearable, but for the sake of the baby's" smooth delivery, I now call you infinitely sweet ". With a healthy child, everything is worth paying, and I am willing to suffer again. My mother's contribution is vividly on the paper.

The last section "Sacred Law" shows that love is the foundation of human continuity, and it is only after the birth of love that people feel at ease! "The earth looks at me with her child in her arms and blesses me, because I am as rich as the apple of my eye." She prides herself on being a mother.

Mistral's poems have strong and sincere feelings, and she digs and displays the traditional female emotional world to the fullest. This poem is written in a traditional way, with delicate and touching style and rich and vivid imagination. The poet imagines very realistically what he has never experienced. The whole poem is sincere and sincere, profoundly expressing the poet's good feelings for his loved ones.
