Answer: Amalek is descended from Esau. They were originally a family, but they sent troops to beat them in the most difficult time of Israel and killed the weakest people in the most tired and sleepy time of Israel. They don't fear God, so God wants to destroy them.

Deuteronomy 25: 16- 18 because everyone who does unrighteousness is an abomination to the Lord your God. Remember what Amalek did to you on the way when you came out of Egypt. They met you on the road, and when you were tired and sleepy, they killed all the weak people behind you and didn't fear God.

Deuteronomy 25: 19 Therefore, the Lord your God gives you peace in the land which the Lord your God gives you as an inheritance. Then you shall blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven, and do not forget it.

Num 24:20 When Balaam looked at Amalek, he took up his poem and said, Amalek was the head of the nations, and he will perish in the end.

Gen 36: 12 Tina was the concubine of Esau's son Eliphaz. She bore an Amalekite to Rephaim. These are the sons of Esau's wife Ada.
