RandallJarrell (Randall? Jarrell,1914–1965), American poet, critic and novelist. The Woman in the Washington Zoo (1960) contains poems translated by himself and European poets, and won the American National Book Award. Jerry was born in Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and later taught in several universities.
