I'm Zhang Jianwen from Yuncheng International School. Today, at the invitation of teacher Yu, I used my lunch break to share with you some of my practices and feelings about 8-minute fast writing.
There are two backgrounds to explain here: First, the first national Chinese in-depth seminar was held at Yuncheng International School last week. At that time, Mr. Wang Kaidong gave a report entitled "Going Deep into Chinese: Between Ideal and Score", and shared some effective methods for training writing. I was very inspired after listening to it, so I developed an 8-minute fast writing class according to my school's teaching practice.
The second background is that Yuncheng International School, a school under Nanming Education Group, has its own mature curriculum system, in which the morning reading course is mainly to improve students' reading comprehension ability of Chinese and foreign classics, including the Book of Songs course, Li Bai course, Du Fu course, human words course, Taoist course and Confucian course. The morning reading of the second day of junior high school this semester is a course of humanistic words.
"Ci-Hua on earth" is a course which takes the theory of Ci-Hua on earth as the key link, takes Song Ci as the representative writer, and improves students' ability to understand and appreciate poetry by stimulating emotions. The course is good, but after a long time, there will be a kind of confusion. Students read and recite, but how much do they understand? Therefore, the idea of examining students' understanding ability through fast writing came into being.
Last week, I had three 8-minute fast writing exercises, all related to poetry. Training needs to pay attention to the following points:
[If! Support list] 1. [endif] Only speed is required, not quality. The time is eight minutes at a time, or five minutes. The key is unification, so as to compare the degree of progress. The minimum number of words and the maximum number of words in these three creations are 42-248, 94-35 1 and 73-353, respectively, from which it can be seen that the potential of students to write quickly can be generally improved.
[If! Support list] 2. [endif] From overall appreciation to theme appreciation. At first, I wrote casually, and then I began to set themes, such as "affectionate but heartless", "self-bias" and "this peace of mind is my hometown" and so on. In order to eliminate fear, essayists write poems on the subject and guide the appreciation direction.
[If! Support list] III. [endif] Count all employees at once, and make two comparisons: First, take the word number of the third place for the first time as the standard line for the next reward, and anyone who exceeds this standard line can be rewarded. First, take the penultimate word as the standard line, and whoever exceeds this standard line by 50 words will be rewarded next time. The reward is subject bonus, each time 1 point.
[If! Support list] 4. [endif] I read the first 10 works with the largest number of words in the evening self-study, and suddenly found that among the 10 people with the largest number of words, the best quality was concentrated in the period from 4 to 7. This is an interesting phenomenon. And the quality is not worse than 30 minutes. So I think our other writing training should be limited. Only when you have a sense of tension can you be efficient and exercise your ability to concentrate quickly.
This week, I am going to start writing in combination with the Analects of Confucius, so that it is easier to get through the connection between students and classics and let students enter classics. So much for my sharing today. Thank you. Welcome criticism.
