After the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Fang Jing borrowed from Sichuan University. 1938 joined the China * * * Production Party in Chengdu, and soon served as the branch secretary of the College of Arts of Sichuan University. In the same year, he joined the All-China Anti-Enemy Association of Literary and Art Circles.
After graduating from Peking University, Fang Jing went to Sichuan Luojiang Middle School to teach. He was co-edited with He Qifang and Bian. 194 1 spring, transferred to Guilin, and the host was named Gongshe;

After 1949, Fang Jing has been working in Southwest Normal University (now one of the predecessors of Southwest University, formerly Southwest Normal College, which was formed by the merger of the National Women's Normal College and Sichuan Education College) as a professor, and has served as director, provost and vice president of the Foreign Languages Department. Since 1985, she has served as a postgraduate tutor.
Fang Jing has long served as the vice chairman of Sichuan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Writers Association, the chairman of Chongqing Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Writers Association, and the representative of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress. His literary creation is mainly composed of new poems and essays. He has published nearly 10 poems such as Rain Scene, 5 essays such as Dust Collection, Selected Works of Fang Jing 1990, novellas such as Happy Family by Leo Tolstoy, A Christmas Carol by Dickens and foreign poems, essays and songs. From 65438 to 0952, he participated in the work of the Asia-Pacific Peace Conference; From 65438 to 0984, he visited Britain at the invitation of the British-Chinese Council, and attended the 6th Writers' Festival and the 75th anniversary international academic conference of the British Poetry Society held by the British Pen in London. Some of his poems have been translated and introduced by foreign countries, and have been compiled into various overseas collections of new poems in China. Overseas sinologists sometimes comment on him.
Since the 1930s, he has published poetry collections such as Rain Scene, Voice, Singing Song, Short Songs for the Disadvantaged, Collection of Ears, Shadow of Birds, Seeds of Flowers and other essays such as Dust Collection, Protective Color, Victory of Life and Memory and Forgetting.
