Balmont Constantine Dmitrievich, poet, critic and translator. Balmont played an important role in Russian poetry in the early 20th century. He devoted himself to the worship of the sun all his life, calling himself "the singer of the sun", and his works with the theme of the sun became the peak of his creation. As one of the representatives of Russian symbolism, balmont pursues a poetic style with strong musicality, beautiful rhetoric and profound artistic conception.
