The most important thing now is to "live in the moment"!

There is a saying in the Christian Bible: "Why worry about clothes? How do you think lilies grow in the wild? It's neither hard nor spinning. But I tell you, even in the heyday of Solomon, he was not dressed as well as this flower! "
Then Jesus concluded: "Don't worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow has its own worries, and one day's difficulties is enough."
This sentence is really great!
I am convinced that Jesus is an enlightened man. When reading the bible, I often feel that this is another version of the Buddhist scriptures! Or, it's like a Zen quotation, and the plot is wonderful!
Lily in the field lives in the present, so she never worries.
Only the expectation and fear of future life, attachment and regret of the past, people will be uneasy, and a person living in the present has no extra mood to be uneasy.
Even in the face of the coming disaster, why not enjoy this wonderful cosmic arrangement? Whether it is a blessing or a curse, it is a gift from God. Why not accept it?
If we can pull away from ourselves, we can taste the fragrance of gardenia, or the fragrance of osmanthus in the alley, and even find it, alas! God is here!
