Li Qiao, a man, said he was upright, honest and thrifty. He said that Li Qiao lived in the Five Dynasties, first attached to the Zhang Yizhi brothers and Wu Sansi, and then followed Webster's party. His character has been criticized by many historians, most of which are derogatory. I don't know whether they are true or not.
Li Qiao was a poet who lived in the King of Wu in the early Tang Dynasty. Qianlong's "Jiyuan County Records" said that "Liqiao Garden, on the side of Wuwang Mountain, has poems." As early as the Wu Zetian period, Li Qiao had contacts with Taoist Sima Cheng Town. Sima Chengzhen's "Peace Will Return, Li Qiao, our army supervisor, is in the east of Luoqiao", and Li Qiao has a song "Send Mr. Sima", which may be addressed to Sima Chengzhen.
Sima Cheng lived in the balcony view of Wuwangshan in the fifteenth year of Kaiyuan, that is, more than ten years after the death of Li Jue. Sima Chengzhen later chose to practice in Wuwangshan, which may be related to Li Jue's previous seclusion here.
