The Long March

The road winds out from the history books

It is ten times more winding than the Yellow River

A team wearing straw sandals

Following that road

Finally walked into the sonorous national anthem

That road has a huge root system

The roots are buried deep in

Some memoirs

The wrinkled faces of many old people

are covered with traces of those roots

Those roots were trampled out by straw sandals

Those straw sandals turned the snowy mountains into pieces

Turned the grass into a park

Trampling the territory of China into red piece by piece

In the place where the root system is the narrowest

There is a powerful thought

Slowly transitioning from the iron rope< /p>

Some gunshots become seeds

Loudly buried around those thoughts

Countless lives are like leaves

Green on that root system

Countless blood is like flowers

The ground emerges from the bottom of the root system

Countless heads are like fruits

Hung from the top of the root system

Following the lush root system

I became familiar with those fruits

I chewed those fruits

and gradually realized< /p>

How a few millets can nourish a political party

How a few rifles can support an army

I only heard about that great man from the movies

The person who recited that sentence in the Red Tower

That was a real poet

That poet's poem

made many tears fall to the ground like kernels

So

the flagpole under the red building

became the straightest one among the many root systems

The road is not the poet

The longest poem

The road is actually a needle

The perseverance and tenacity of the entire nation< /p>

Tightly sewn together

1. Qingpingle·Huichang (Mao Zedong)

The east is about to dawn,

Mo Daojun Go early.

You are still young when you walk through the green mountains.

The scenery here is unique.

The peak outside Huichang City,

is directly connected to the east.

The warrior points to southern Guangdong,

it is even more lush.

2. Qingpingle·Liupan Mountain (Mao Zedong)

The sky is high and the clouds are clear,

You can see the geese flying south.

He who has not been to the Great Wall is not a true man.

It takes only 20,000 yuan to travel.

On the peak of Liupan Mountain,

The red flag rolls in the west wind.

Today I have a long tassel in my hand,

When will I tie the blue dragon?

3. Three Sixteen-Character Poems (Mao Zedong)

Mountain, the horse is whipping but not yet unsaddled. Looking back in shock, I was three feet away from the sky.

Mountains turn over the sea and the river rolls over with huge waves. The galloping force is fierce, and the battle of thousands of horses is still in full swing.

The mountain pierced the blue sky and the eel was still intact. The sky wants to fall, so I can lean on it.

4. Recalling Qin'e·Loushanguan (Mao Zedong)

The west wind is strong,

The wild geese in the sky are calling the frosty morning moon.

Frost morning moon,

The sound of horse hooves breaks,

The trumpet sounds.

The long road to Xiongguan is really like iron,

Now we are crossing it from the beginning.

From the beginning,

the mountains are like the sea,

the setting sun is like blood.

5. The Long March (Mao Zedong)

The Red Army is not afraid of the difficulties of the expedition,

Thousands of rivers and mountains are just waiting.

The five mountains are meandering and the waves are flowing,

The Wumeng is majestic and the mud balls are walking.

The golden sand and water beat against the clouds and the cliffs are warm,

The horizontal iron cables of Dadu Bridge are cold.

I am even more happy about the thousands of miles of snow in Minshan Mountain.

After the three armies passed, they all looked happy.

The Long March

The Red Army is not afraid of the difficulties of the expedition, and it can only wait for thousands of rivers and mountains.

The five ridges are meandering and the waves are flowing, and the clouds are majestic and the mud balls are walking.

The clouds and cliffs of the Jinsha River are warm, and the iron cables across the Dadu Bridge are cold.

I am even happier that there is thousands of miles of snow in Minshan Mountain, and the three armies are all happy after the passing.

——Mao Zedong

October 13, 1979

It was a windy and rainy night, and the sky was crossed.

The torch illuminated the journey, and the flying soldiers captured Luding.

Old appearance replaced by new appearance

Crossing the Luding Bridge over the waves

The iron cables flew into the sky, the waves were rough, and the Luding Bridge was high in the gorge. Going west to quell the rebellion, I drove quickly, and the past came flooding back. Back then, when the heroes were being robbed, the enemy troops were numerous, but the Red Army risked their lives to accomplish extraordinary feats. Now we are on the Long March again, with majestic mountains and rivers.

——Zhang Aiping

Spring of 1979

The cold smoke shines on the wicker, annihilating enemies and burning with anger.

The relics of the Red Army still exist today. Don’t forget the heroes who captured the dangerous bridge.

——Wei Tradition

1979

The enemy was stubborn in the battle at Luding Deep Gorge, and the iron rope was used to cross the red flag.

The tragic songs of the brave men will last forever, and the completion of the new bridge will bring joy to all generations.

——Ye Jiewu

1979

The iron cables across the Luding Bridge are cold, and the soldiers sing tragic songs with heroic souls.

The journey has been turbulent for more than half a century, and I will always remember the difficulties of starting a business.

——Wang Dongbao

May 29, 1985

A stream of water choked Tianjin’s throat, and the iron cables across the bridge were cold.

The flying master captured the dangerous pass and climbed to the top of Wanzhong Mountain.

——He Haoju

May 1985

There is a hail of bullets and guns, and it is difficult to string an arrow across a bridge.

He shouldered the responsibility of the survival of the nation and wrote a glorious chapter in history.

——Feng Jianwu

The river flows south and the surging waves cannot stop the Red Army. They marched forward bravely, set a glorious record, completed the Long March, and laid the foundation for victory;

The flag points to the west, watching the brave army wipe out the remaining enemies of Kham and Tibet, work hard to build, strive for national happiness, practice unity, and organize friendly families.
