First of all, due to the fact that there was a fault in China culture after the May 4th Movement, the foundation and form of China's poems were scattered by the New Culture Movement. At that time, some of Hu Shi's vernacular poems were praised as representatives. Now it seems that their connotation and value can only be limited at that time. The so-called new poetry has fewer representatives and fewer excellent works. Mainly in the process of the alternation of old and new cultures, the language of literary and colloquial transformation makes new poetry a little rough. The 1980s is a peak of China's modern poetry, and also an outbreak of long-term ideological and emotional imprisonment. Unfortunately, it is too short.
