798 Art Zone

A few days ago, Nan Lindi recommended 798 Art District to me. Although I don't know art, Nan Lindi's recommendation can never be wrong. I decided to have a look. Go out at 8 o'clock in the morning, take bus No.31, turn to No.916 at the crossing of Maliandian, go to the west of Dashan Bridge, and walk a few blocks to reach the 798 Art District.

The houses on the street are not tall and look very old. A long line of shops are breakfast shops. Tables and chairs are all out of the door, occupying half the street, which is a bit messy. This is by no means the style of Beijing, but it looks like the bus station breakfast street in a small county. I found an alley and walked into the 798 Art District.

The houses in the community are also very old and the roads are not very good. Fortunately, I have already checked the introduction of the 798 Art District on the Internet, and I know that the 798 Art District was developed from the original old factory. Otherwise, I will definitely doubt that I have gone to the wrong place. Will such a shabby place be a famous art district?

it's different to walk a little further inside, and a strong artistic atmosphere comes to my face. The house is still an old house, but it has been carefully decorated. Huge photos or pictures or all kinds of beautiful works of art are hung on the walls, and some walls are directly painted with pigments. In front of some shops, there are all kinds of sculptures or ornaments to attract business or photos of some artists. I stopped and enjoyed it carefully, and I didn't want to miss anything good. There are also some statues on the street, which are very artistic and have never been seen before, which makes people shine at the moment.

as I walked, I turned left and right in the side street, but many stores were not open, some were locked, and some were hung with closed signs. There is a coffee shop open, but it's still 9: 3 in the morning, and I don't want to drink coffee.

I finally saw a shop named "DULTON". Two glass doors were unlocked, and a saleswoman was cleaning the doors. I went over and asked, "What does your shop do?" She stopped what she was doing and said, "Selling things." I asked again, "Can I go in and have a look?" She said, "Of course." She politely opened the door for me and I went in. It's not very big inside. There are many squares on the wall, all of which are works of art.. First of all, I saw many bottles, some big like pure buckets, and some small like teacups, with different colors, some strange shapes, and I don't know what they are for. I also saw some chairs with strange shapes, which looked quite artistic, but the prices were very expensive. There are all kinds of things, some like toys, such as iron towers and head sculptures, and some have certain practicality, such as tableware and clocks. These things are expensive, so I dare not touch them. I just took a look and left.

I forgot the name of the second shop I entered. I went there, and the door was open. An advertisement at the door read "Introduction of painter Chen Manchun", with photos, paintings and text introduction. In a big room, seven or eight people were busy, and I went in. The four walls are covered with paintings, some of which are beautiful, but others are strange and I don't know how to appreciate them. There are books on the wooden shelf. Most of these books are literary, perhaps minority, which may not be available in ordinary bookstores. The people inside are busy putting calligraphy works. Obviously, this shop has just opened. Perhaps the painter Chen Manchun rented this house personally to sell his own works. I don't know if Chen Manchun is famous in the painting world, but I know that most artists are poor before they become famous. There are many people who drift to the north for the sake of art, and finally they don't know where they drift.

Most stores here sell personal paintings, and so does the third store I entered. The walls of this shop are full of paintings, and I slowly appreciate them. There are actually several rooms, all of which are paintings. I have seen it for a long time, but I don't know how to paint, let alone buy it. I am just a passer-by. There was only one shop assistant who was looking at his mobile phone. When he saw that I hadn't left for a long time, he came to talk to me and wanted me to buy something. To be honest, I don't know anything about painting. I'm just looking around. She also sells books to me. The books on sale at the door are mainly painting books, and there are also several personal works of poetry and prose. I read them and they are well written, but I am not short of books. There are many similar books in the library, and I have no hobby of collecting them, so I have to apologize and leave.

There is a shop called "Ullens Art Store", in which air conditioning is open, and there are many kinds of goods, including clothes, paintings, books, bags and all kinds of interesting ornaments. There is a "Zhu Bingren Art Museum". Zhu Bingren is a master of bronze art, and all the works of bronze art by Master Zhu are exhibited in the museum. The museum covers an area of 1 square meters, with many exhibition rooms and many exhibits, all of which are very creative and worth seeing. I also looked at many other stores, and I was not impressed, so I won't introduce them again.

The p>798 Art District is so big that I haven't finished shopping for two hours. I basically wandered randomly, and there were still many corners that I didn't go to at all. I didn't meet many tourists either. Most of them were adults with children, and some of them were young people. I also saw a pair of young men and women, carrying several cameras on their backs and hands, perhaps a pair of young artists.

it's p>11 o'clock. I should leave. Nan Lindi and I have an appointment to meet in Wangjing at noon. I have to find a bus quickly. This morning in the 798 Art District, I still felt fruitful. Although I don't have many artistic cells, I can feel a little artistic atmosphere. I hope the 798 Art District can exert a little subtle influence on me. If not, it doesn't matter, because I have spent a happy morning.
