What does Xu Xiake's hot spring poem "Money Calls Water for Love" mean?

A yearning wish, money is called water sentimentality;

Steaming in the bath day, steaming heat waves are born.

The whole body is as cold as crisp, and the fear of disease is as wonderful as god;

Don't admire the Tianchi bird, be a hot spring man.

-Hot Springs by Xu Xiake in Ming Dynasty

Money calls water affectionate: My personal understanding is that this hot spring can only be enjoyed with money, and the hot spring that can only be enjoyed with money is more comfortable and enjoyable than those springs in the mountains, as if money makes this water more affectionate to people. That's why the saying "money is called water affection" came into being.
