Mr. Ye Shengtao, the doyen of China education, once said:
"When you chant, you not only have a rational understanding of what you have learned in your inquiry, but also have a cordial experience. Unconsciously, the content and rules have become the readers' own things. This is the most precious realm. "
Stop trivial things in your hand, throw yourself into reading aloud, give your body a quiet time to relax, and give your soul a quiet space to be alone, let go of everything, accept this moment completely, don't want to change anything, and let this moment really exist.
By reading aloud, mindfulness means being aware of what is happening inside or outside, your own voice and every breath, following the words in the book, living poetically in your mind, keeping this peace and joy for half an hour, and always being aware of your own breath. Feel the warmth and touch between the lines that touch the heartstrings.
Although reading aloud for a long time will cause throat fatigue, as long as you persist, you will fall in love with reading aloud, that is, with this daily life.
I like it very much. On a quiet afternoon, I lit an incense cigarette and danced in the room. Play a sweet tune, open a book, or a poem, or an essay, or a chicken soup, or an educational story, read it with your heart and feel it, and you will be intoxicated by the sound of reading. Although the sound effect of reading aloud by yourself is not very good, through reading aloud, you can feel the emotion expressed by the words and it will be more deeply rooted in people's hearts.
Like this passage very much:
I have heard a saying: "No matter how carefully planned life is, it can't compare with a fate."
The more you experience, the more you understand: getting what you want is accidental, and running counter to it is the normal state of life.
The beauty you expect does not necessarily come when you most desire it; Not every effort you make can be rewarded immediately.
But please don't be discouraged by this temporary disappointment.
As Tagore said: "Shouting at the empty valley, it will take a while to hear the long echo."
Please believe that time will be the fairest judge, and it has its own judgment. If you don't succeed, it must be another arrangement of fate.
Although life is not satisfactory now, I also want to believe that all the troubles and sufferings will pass and the sun will shine in the near future!
