This composition is about 800 words in Grade Two. The title is My Favorite Ancient Poetry. Everyone is welcome to contribute enthusiastically. What moved me most was a poem.

"Time is like a sponge, there will always be it if you want." This is a famous saying of Mr. Lu Xun. On the one hand, it shows the importance of rational use of time, on the other hand, it also shows the importance of cherishing time.

Not many writers and philosophers tell us the importance of cherishing time with famous aphorisms. Even ancient literati have accumulated a lot and expressed their views on cherishing time with beautiful poems. Among them, my favorite is the long songs, which are concentrated in the Han Yuefu in the Han Dynasty.

"Kwai is in the green garden, and the morning dew is waiting for the sun.

Spring fills the earth with hope, and everything presents a scene of prosperity.

I am always afraid that when the cold autumn comes, the trees in Ye Er will turn yellow and the grass will wither.

The river runs to the sea, and when will it return to the west?

Young people don't work hard, but old people are sad. "

In this poem, what impressed me the most was the last two sentences of this poem, "A hundred rivers go east to the sea, and when will they go west?" If you don't work hard, the boss will be sad. "These two sentences tell me that the stream has been flowing eastward and finally gathered into the sea. Time is gone forever like these streams. Therefore, we take advantage of our beautiful youth and study hard. Only in this way can we achieve something in the future. But if we don't study hard in this wonderful time, it will be too late for us to regret it and say anything to our parents or others when we are old and gray. So, now we must seize the opportunity, seize the beautiful spring scenery, study hard, and we will become a great climate in the future:

Thinking of this, I can't help but recall an incident in the fourth grade: after school on Friday afternoon, our Chinese teacher, Mr. Qin, asked our parents to sign the time it took to finish the homework (dictation homework) in order to improve the writing efficiency and ensure the quality of the homework. Because I was self-righteous, I felt that there was less homework on weekends, and it was not a problem to write a few words silently, so I went home. After finishing my math homework, I sat in the living room, turned on the TV and watched it with relish. On Saturday and Sunday, as soon as I get home from cram school, I watch TV or play with my children, leaving my homework aside. I didn't remember that I hadn't done my Chinese homework until I had dinner at night and my mother urged me to sleep. Now I'm in a panic. Ask my mother to help me time and read the words for me to dictate. In this way, I didn't rest until after ten o'clock. Because I slept too late on weekends, I was fined for being late for school the next day, and the teacher was fined for writing when checking my homework. From this incident, I understand two truths: three lights in the morning and three panics in one night. We should make rational use of time and cherish it!

The ancient poem "Long Songs" is really well written, from which I learned to cherish time and study hard in order to achieve something in the future!

"All rivers flow eastward to the sea. When will they return to the west? If you don't work hard, the boss will be sad. " This sentence will always be my favorite poem!

It will also be imprinted in my heart forever.
