War children's poetry

Flying pigeons

I fly in the sky

A battlefield full of gunfire.

How many pairs of eyes are there

Looking forward to dawn

That home has changed.

Killing, bleeding, scarring

How many hearts are there

Pray for sorrow

I fly in the sky

Smoke and fire day and night

Did you stop?

Give me back the meteor shining sky.

I fly in the sky

No gunfire.

Don't bleed

Not a war.

As long as you grow up freely and happily
