How did the poetic style of Sui Dynasty develop?

The Sui Dynasty only ruled for more than 30 years before and after, and most of the authors were old people in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, deeply influenced by the style of writing in the Southern Dynasties. In addition, Yang Di strongly advocated the official style of Liang Chen, so this style of writing is still rampant in the literary world. However, due to the strengthening of the national situation and the victory of foreign wars in the early Sui Dynasty, Emperor Wendi once advocated the reform of the style of writing, and some fresh and vigorous works appeared in some poems in the early Sui Dynasty, especially in frontier poems. This also shows that the style of writing in the Sui Dynasty began to transition to the Tang Dynasty.
