Introduction of Andrew Marville.
Andrew marvell (162 1- 1678) was a famous British metaphysical poet in the 7th century. Metaphysical poets are a group of English poets in the early17th century. Their main members include john donne, george herbert and Andrew Marvell. The outstanding feature of metaphysical poetry lies in the use of a novel image and a strange metaphor, which is what we usually call "conception". These poems are colloquial, with great flexibility in rhythm and prosody, complex themes and full of wisdom and creativity. Among them, those strange and novel images are particularly impressive.
