Where is the location of the ancient town "Xiucai Village"

Shiniuwei Village in the upper reaches of Wujiang River, an ancient town in Zhangpu County, is an antique and magnificent ancient residential building in Qing Dynasty-"Xiucai Village".

According to legend, there were 865,438+0 scholars here in Ming and Qing Dynasties, including Shang Shulin of Nanjing Ritual Department during the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. During the Xijing period of Ming Dynasty, Jinshi and Yunnan visited Shara Lin; Jinshi in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, Lin Gongmao, the provincial judge of Guangxi, and others. When these scholars returned home to worship their ancestors, they built a large number of houses and buildings, and gradually formed a large-scale and unique village at that time, so later generations renamed it "Shizi Village".

"Xiucai Village" is all civil structure, and the main building that has been well preserved so far is a quadrangle with three rows of bungalows and two clusters of seats. There are five bungalows in each row, accounting for 15. The first two entrances of the two clusters are "official hall" structure, each entrance is also one hall and two rooms, and there are about two wing rooms between the entrances. The latter are all buildings. The building on the right has one hall and two rooms, and two bungalows are connected to the left and right; The building on the left is also one hall with two rooms up and down, two rows of buildings on the left and right, and four rooms up and down. According to legend, these buildings were occupied by Mrs. Da Gui and a young lady, so they were also called "dressing rooms". At present, there are more than 30 families living in Xiucai Village.

"Xiucai Village" is in front of the river, next to litchi forest, backed by layers of mountains, with beautiful scenery. Against the backdrop of mountains and rivers and litchi forests, this ancient Hanmo village is even more enchanting and charming.
