2020 is a year of pain and confusion for me, and it is also a year of pain for all mankind. We've been through so much. Fortunately, poetry accompanied me through some troubles. When I was wandering at the crossroads, it was Professor Ye who said Ouyang Xiu's words: Pick a flower according to a face and wake me up. I just know that the happiness and comfort I have been pursuing are really shallow and not the way out. I used to like the Diamond Sutra very much and thought there must be a way out. However, I can't get rid of my suffering without going through the golden scale of the net and the spirit of suffering. I know the anxiety of joining the WTO is like a sea, but I don't escape into the deep mountains and forests in the name of Zen.

Heaven makes one person say one word, which is harmful and not beneficial.

Wang Guowei, a great master of Ci in the late Qing Dynasty, once wrote in "Comment on the Interest of Hui Organ": "Hui Feng Ci is like an uncle's original poem, and its long tune is also between halal and Meixi, which is very painful to spread." Although Jiangcun is rich and exquisite, it is even more insincere. Heaven makes one person say one thing, which is harmful and not beneficial, and what is the result! This is another important point of view of Ci after Wang put forward the theory of realm. According to Wang, Kuang Zhouyi's poems are shaped like swallows, with a long tune between Zhou Bangyan and Shi Dazu. However, his poems are depressed and frustrated. Although the works of Zhu Xiaozang, the author of the same period, are rich and exquisite, they are suspected of being engraved with chapters and broken sentences because they are not sincere enough. Sincerity can be understood as true feelings and real scenes, which are the core points of Wang Jing's theory, so Wang believes that only after a hundred fierce people can a word be achieved. In fact, this is not unreasonable. The works written by Li Houzhu after the grief of breaking the country and losing his family are really words of blood and tears; The reason why Cao Xueqin wrote such a masterpiece "Dream of Red Mansions" is also because he wrote it after the decline and loneliness of his family. Sima Qian also wrote in Historical Records: These 300 poems are almost equal to what sages did when they were angry.

Therefore, Wang pointed out in the article "A Study of People's Hobbies": "His works are really the mouthpiece of all mankind, and readers can hear his laughter and sadness here." Therefore, all excellent works, regardless of ancient and modern times, have their own * * * sounds. For example, Wang commented on the subject's words: "Nietzsche said: all literature, I love people who write with blood." Postscript, the so-called people written in blood ... means that Sakyamuni and Christ bear the sins of mankind. "Li Houzhu, a king of national subjugation, is a sinner himself. How can he compare with Sakyamuni and Christ? However, reading his poems, we will find that the feelings of the late Lord are really endless. Because it is so strong, although the poet felt his own feelings, the result surpassed himself and became the feelings of all mankind. After suffering, feelings are sincere, but there is no restraint and reflection. So he was finally executed by Zhao Kuangyin.

This paper discusses the three poets' understanding of suffering and the ways to get rid of it. The reason why I spend so many words on a poet's achievement is really because the two tern poets discussed in this paper are not as good as Li Houzhu and Cao Xueqin in terms of suffering. But they do have a keen sense, so the hardships and setbacks they encounter are more predictable and more intense than ordinary people. Then let's talk about Yan Shu first.

The harmony of uncle tong Yan

According to historical records, Yan Shu was recognized as a child prodigy by Song Zhenzong at the age of fourteen, and was promoted as a minister, rising all the way. She worked as an envoy of the Tang Dynasty and participated in the discussion of state affairs. Some people question whether Yan Shu's poems are so sad because he has been rich and famous for almost all his life. However, as we all know, it is not difficult to find that Yan Shu's words are as beautiful as their names suggest. He didn't argue irrationally, didn't stimulate and douse his worries, but what he really revealed and described was the poetic essence of his harmony.

Now let's introduce one of his words, Huanxisha.

I've always been young and limited, and it's easy to get hooked when I'm free. I don't want to talk frequently at banquets and songs.

It is better to pity the people in front of you than to miss the mountains and rivers.

The first sentence of this word, on the surface, is a very ordinary sentence, but in fact, it is because of the ordinary and ordinary that the author can feel a profound feeling. Here, "forever" means short-lived, and "the light of a year" is the best time of my year. It should be said that it is spring here, spring in March. Of course, we can also think that this is my youth. Yan Shu said: My short youth is limited, and so is my life. This sentence is very sad. Most people often think that it takes a lot of frustration and anxiety to write a good hand. This is what we discussed before. For example, Li Houzhu wrote: "The flowers in the forest wither in spring, which is too hasty ... People naturally grow up and hate water in the east." Through his deep sorrow, the late Lord wrote the sorrow of the creatures between heaven and earth. Yan Shu, on the other hand, does not need such calm pain and sorrow, but only needs a keen and pure heart to experience all the sufferings and troubles we have. Because we have all experienced flowers blooming and falling, only a keen person like tern can accurately grasp the impermanence and sadness of the world. The second sentence says: waiting to go, it is easy to be ecstatic. "Idle" means easy, and the last word: it's easy to see when you're away. The late Lord also said that parting is easy and frequent, but meeting each other is difficult. How many karma will you encounter in this life? We all have to go through parting. As long as we are together, there will be parting. Yan Shu said that whenever we are together, we are often sad for the upcoming departure. We have to experience so many parting tragedies in such a short life, so we are "forever young and limited, and easily fascinated by leisurely parting." The so-called "ecstasy" is the feeling of melancholy in my heart. The third sentence is really ingenious. What is he talking about? Don't talk frequently at the banquet. He really didn't indulge in the sadness of parting. Just because there is a parting at the party, you can't talk about this party; You won't refuse to come into this world just because you were born with suffering. Yan Shu gave readers a direction in the arrangement of ideas, telling us not to refuse these banquets and songs. He is not that kind of preaching tone, but a kind of personal experience, a relaxed and natural brushwork, not as intense as Feng. When Li Houzhu was sad, he indulged in it, and his feelings poured down, just like the Yangtze River flowing eastward. Yan Shu's "being idle is easy to be ecstatic" is as impermanent as the late master's "flowers in the forest are in a hurry". Yan Shu's introspection and temperance brought about the harmony and meditation of suffering, and then the Lord really took on the sinister intentions of mankind and wrote about the impermanence of all of us. It is because of his spewing out that he wrote such a broad sentence as "people naturally hate water longer than the east" and "just like a river flowing eastward" Feng's feelings for him are persistent and desperate, even at the expense of his own life. It is also impermanent, and it is also written about forest flowers. He said, "I often get sick before the end of the day, but I don't care if I look thin in the mirror." Although I am terminally ill and haggard, I still want to drink and enjoy flowers. What a persistent and passionate love it is, so I don't like my life. I want to bet on my love. Love here is not love between men and women, but love for the country. Of course, this is not the focus of this article. We'll talk about Feng next time.

As soon as the word came up, it was "the mountains and rivers in the four seas are far away, and the falling flowers and storms hurt the spring even more", and the vision changed from a banquet to a mountains and rivers in the four seas, which suddenly became vast and broad. He said that the mountains and rivers around me aroused my yearning for the distant place. In classical poetry, when climbing a mountain, there is a longing for the future, a yearning for distant relatives, and a distant affection, which has always existed. For example, there is a famous saying in Yan Shu that "a person can see the end of the world when he goes to a tall building." I see the end of the world because there is a distant person at the end of the world. How I wish I could see him soon. But if you climb high, see far, see far, and people who are far away from you really come, will they appear at the corner of the world? Or can I fly to him right away? Obviously this is not necessarily the case. The latter sentence said that "falling flowers and storms hurt spring more" was the poet's keen feeling, and he was sad for the passing of spring. There will be falling flowers, and there will be wind and rain. Then all this happened and came, which made me feel more sad and sad about the passing of spring. The beauty here lies in the sadness brought by the falling flowers and storms, and the sadness brought by the previous sentence is double sadness. It is better for Yan Shu to put his knowledge of "Philip Burkart is in the air" into his ci. In this sense, the word "empty" has a rationality and introspection. Because the heart here is far from empty, so is Shang Chun. "Thinking far" may not be able to meet again, and "hurting spring" may not be able to retain spring. The unattainable is still unattainable, and the irreparable will never be irreparable. And these two sentences have both the poet's feelings and a more rational understanding. What should we do? What Yan Shu said is: It is better to cherish today than to cherish today. "Pity" means pity and respect. We should respect and cherish spring, so even if it is going to die, we are not sorry for it. As long as we cherish the person in front of us, even if he leaves, he is right to cherish this feeling. And the beauty of words lies in moving, don't stay on specific people and things. Here, Yan Shu also has feelings and experiences of yesterday, today and tomorrow. Only by cherishing and respecting today can we not indulge in the grief and irretrievability of the past or fantasize about the impossibility of the future. The feeling of living in the present arises spontaneously, which is the characteristic of a rational and temperate poet like Yan Shu. Of course, we have discussed so much that we need to have an understanding. The reason here does not refer to personal care about gains and losses, but a rational self-reflection.

Ouyang Xiu sent things to flourish.

Speaking of Ouyang Xiu's ci, we still need to briefly talk about his achievements in literature and art and his personal professional experience. Let me talk about literary achievements first. Ouyang Xiu is an all-rounder who pays equal attention to poetry and literature. In particular, his artistic achievements in poetry and prose were the first figures in the Northern Song Dynasty to create a literary atmosphere. We all know that parallel prose was popular in the early Tang Dynasty, and the article paid attention to duality. When Han Yu arrived, he opposed parallel prose and advocated ancient prose, and so did Liu Zongyuan later. This is the so-called ancient prose movement in the history of China literature. In the late Tang Dynasty, ancient prose gradually declined until the early Northern Song Dynasty and the appearance of Ouyang Xiu. He strongly advocated ancient prose, eight masters in Tang and Song Dynasties, and Liu Han occupied two seats. Everyone else in the Song Dynasty was closely related to Ouyang Xiu. The same is true of his poetic achievements, which leads people back to the true feelings and scenes. The poetic style of the late Tang Dynasty is gorgeous and delicate, such as Li Shangyin. However, everyone knows that his poems are gorgeous and exquisite, but they don't know the calm and sadness behind a mountain poem, and these sorrows are the true feelings of a mountain.

Politically, he reformed the original parallel prose imperial examination system into the theory of examination strategy. This was also resented by many people at that time, so I retired to my official career.

This article discusses his understanding of difficulties. After relegation, he went to Chuzhou and wrote a famous article-"Zuiweng Pavilion". In this article, he introduced the origin of his nickname "Drunken Man". He said: "Drinking less and getting drunk is the highest year, so it is called drunkenness." He used the beautiful scenery between mountains and rivers to send away his sorrow, so he was named "Drunken Man". He also has a nickname "Liu Yiju", which means there is a thousands of books, a thousand lost books, a chess game, a piano and a pot of wine. "I am an old man". There are six people called Liu Yijun. We can see that he has so much fun and enjoyment in life.

Then it was also suggested that Ouyang Xiu's attitude as a gamer did not have the spirit of suffering. Actually, it is not. The long and tedious articles in front of me all show that he cares about the country, society and young talents in the future. Because of his care, he was resented and demoted to various positions.

Next, let's talk about his words. Although his ci is not as vigorous and pioneering as poetry, it is a link between the past and the future. It's really hard to say, because the style of ci is originally the lyrics of Dunhuang, which was sung by Le Yan to singers and dancers. Because they can't get on stage, the literati can't write at all, and they are too lazy to write. Therefore, it is only circulated in the streets. Zhang Huiyan, a great master of Ci in the late Qing Dynasty, said in the Preface to Ci Selection: "His life is based on emotion, prospering in whispers and moving with each other, which is extremely fatal. The men and women in the alley are sad and happy, and the sages and gentlemen are sad for their unspeakable feelings and embarrassed when they are low, so as to express their goals. " Here we can see that at its peak, this kind of ballad is not only about the joys and sorrows of men and women in the alley, but also about the feelings of sages and gentlemen. "Quiet dating" is vague and subtle. It is an unspeakable sadness, which can only be expressed subtly. This kind of feeling puts forward a new aesthetic feature in Professor Ye Jiaying's Aesthetic Features of Zhu Yizun's Ci, that is, "the beauty of weak morality" except that he doesn't want to talk about himself. The aesthetic feature of "the beauty of weak virtue" is not only found in Zhu Yizun's ci, but also felt a kind of "the beauty of weak virtue" after rereading Wang Guowei's "The History of the Three Kingdoms". This is also an article I want to write recently. However, it is difficult, but individuals are also ignorant. I'm afraid I can't finish it.

In a word, this style of ci began in the colorful songs of men and women's joys and sorrows. Speaking of Ouyang Xiu, it is really a gentleman's sustenance. Is there an understanding of suffering? We use European words to prove this point:

I'm going to talk about the date of return before I respect you. I want to talk about spring first. Ah, there is love in life, and love is in the depths of madness. This is not irrelevant to hate-the wind overhead, the moon in the sky.

Before the farewell party, Mo sang a new tie. This song has a sad feeling. It's easy to see all the flowers in Los Angeles at first.

This is also a poem about a song banquet. The reason why I chose the same theme is because Yan Shu and Ouyang Xiu are different, and they are all things at this banquet. Ouyang Xiu wrote about enthusiasm and enjoyment after persistence, while Yan Shu wrote it with an objective and rational attitude at first. But they did write with true feelings.

The first sentence said, "I'm going to say the date of return in front of the bottle." It means that when two people meet, they face the moment of parting, and parting is just around the corner. We know we have to part, but after all, we are still together at the moment, and we still have wine to drink. We thought Ouyang Xiu would say next, let's talk about the separation later. However, he actually said: I didn't say anything about Chunrong. "Spring glory" describes the beauty of a woman, "misery" is the sad expression of that beautiful woman, and "swallow" expresses the woman's deep and indirect crying. What is that woman doing? She kept me. Ouyang came up with such a touching date and set off his feelings. It's really hot and emotional. Later, he went on to say: "Life is naturally infatuated, and this complaint has nothing to do with romantic affairs." He said that we were born with feelings. Whether it's family or wandering, whether it's chasing ministers or abandoning wives. There are all kinds of emotions, which have nothing to do with romance. Feng's words: "Those who abandon leisure for a long time are still melancholy every spring." Postscript: "The small building was easterly again last night, so my country could not bear to look back at the middle of the bright moon." Spring breeze comes every year, and the bright moon often comes. And our sadness and pain are not because of their arrival, but because of their birth. It's not that I don't want to talk about it, but it's still depressing every spring. Feng's method is persistent and enthusiastic dedication, and then the Lord is infatuated and never returns. What about Ouyang Xiu?

"Leave the song without renovation" means not to sing any new songs for the time being, because the song "One song can teach the intestines to tie a knot" has made the sadness of parting stagnate and can't be let go. Ouyang Xiu wrote so hot and touching in front, just to highlight how straightforward and bold the sentence "I want to see all the flowers in Los Angeles and it is easy to bid farewell to the spring breeze" is. Here, I want to see all the flowers in Los Angeles, so that I can create peace and courage. After I see all the flowers in Los Angeles, I can bid farewell to the beautiful spring flowers and warm spring breeze. Even if the spring flowers fall, the spring breeze leaves and the banquet breaks up, I will face this miserable life with a good attitude and a bold mind.

The evolution of the small words mentioned above began with vulgar and gorgeous language, so these literati will write with sincere feelings, which brings out the problem of duality, which is not discussed in this paper. In short, the author is a man, but under the disguise of a woman's tone, the author wrote his feelings more or less with his subconscious. In other words, they didn't consciously take the initiative to write, because these caring blood flowed in their bones. So the sentences written are enough to impress us in the future. Su Dongpo, whom we will talk about in the next section, took the initiative to write the feelings of literati into small words.

Su Dongpo's fearlessness and broadmindedness

Su Dongpo completed his life in suffering, because he experienced more suffering than terns, even comparable to Li Houzhu. However, the difference between him and Li Houzhu is that Su Shi can complete his life with the historical view of making the past serve the present, practice his poems with his life and stick to his character with his will. And his character and rich education were formed and accumulated from childhood. So let's start with his childhood.

Su Dongpo's youth has two characteristics, one is the ambition of Confucianism, and the other is the detachment of Taoists. Let's take a look at what is the ambition of Confucianism, that is, "scholars take the world as their own responsibility" and "worry about the world first, and then enjoy the world." This is the unified ideal of all ancient literati, just like DNA in the human body, which comes down in one continuous line. And this DNA Su Dongpo appeared at an early age. Once Su Dongpo read The Biography of Fan Pang in the Later Han Dynasty, Fan Pang was persecuted in the Eastern Han Dynasty, but he didn't run away and gave his life for his ideal. Throughout Fan Pang's life, when he was appointed as the special envoy of the Qing Dynasty, he wanted to do something. He took office by bus, and he has the ambition to clarify the world. And when he was persecuted, he did not escape, did not compromise, did not please, and would rather not kill himself. So he arranged for his mother to bow goodbye. Looking for his mother's understanding, and sure enough, his mother understood Fan Pang. So Su Dongpo was very moved after reading it and asked his mother if she could be a mother like Fan Pang. Su Shi's mother replied: You can be like Fan Pang, but why can't I be like Fan Pang's mother?

This is Su Dongpo's ambition, so he can be meticulous about the new party when Wang Anshi was in power; When Sima Guang was in power, he did not obey the old party. No matter what kind of political persecution he suffered, as long as he returned to the imperial court, he still adhered to his political ideals, cared about the people and never blindly followed any side. This is why he suffered so much relegation and suffering, but even so, he never changed his ideals and ambitions.

The other side of Su Dongpo is the open-minded side realized by Taoism in Zhuangzi. According to historical records, he read Zhuangzi when he was a child. He said: "I didn't say what I saw in the past. Now I see a book that won my heart." He said that he once had some unspeakable opinions in his heart. Seeing Zhuangzi now, he said exactly what I thought. This is a wonderful thing. When Su Dongpo was young, it was remarkable that he could absorb the beauty of Confucianism and Taoism in himself. This also shows that Su Dongpo's extraordinary talents have made achievements in his later poems, books and other arts, all of which are masters.

Then let's have a brief look at his words. His achievements in Ci studies are the pioneers who consciously started Ci studies. However, great art is the aesthetic vision of people who are ahead of the same period. Li Qingzhao's evaluation of Su Dongpo's ci is: "Poetry cannot be repaired or read." Su Dongpo's ci is an irregular poem. After Dongpo, it was not until the Southern Song Dynasty that Xin Jiaxuan was keenly aware of the aesthetic characteristics of Ci. After Dongpo, it reached the poetic peak of Ci. The evolution of ci will not be carried out here. Interested friends can refer to Professor Ye Jiaying's Essays on Ci for the formation and evolution of aesthetic characteristics of Ci.

Let's look at his words, Ding Fengbo.

On March 7th, it rained on Hu Sha Road, and the rain gear came first, and everyone in the same trade was in a mess. I didn't feel it either. It has cleared up, pretending to be the word.

Don't pay attention to the beating rain in the forest. Mei sings a long whistle and walks leisurely. Bamboo poles and sandals are more dexterous than riding horses. What's to be afraid of? A raincoat and hemp fiber, despite the wind and rain, still live my life.

The coolness of spring breeze awakens my wine, and the cold begins to be cold, and the peak of the sun is the sun, but it is satisfied in time. Looking back at the place where I met the wind and rain, going back, for me, there is no wind and rain, but it is still sunny.

March 7th should be a season for hiking, swimming in the lake and enjoying flowers. Sure enough, on this day, Su Dongpo invited many people to go for a spring outing by Husha Lake, but "It rains in Lu Yu, and the rain gear comes first". They got caught in the rain on the road, but the rain gear was taken away by the servant first. "The peers are in a mess, I don't know, but it is already very clear." The people who swam the lake with me went to shelter from the rain in a mess, but I was different. Without listening to the sound of beating leaves in the forest, it is better to sing a poem and walk slowly. This is what he said, "If you don't listen to the leaves beating in the Woods, why don't you sing slowly?" Look how hard it is raining. I know that getting wet for one minute is the same as getting wet for ten minutes. I never change my face. Then he said, "Bamboo poles and shoes are lighter than horses." Look what he is wearing, straw sandals; What is that? A bamboo stick. In Dongpo's eyes, such simple equipment can surpass the lightness of horses. At last he said, "Who's afraid? A misty rain is a lifetime. " Who's scared? Su Dongpo is afraid, he is not afraid, I am not only afraid of the rain in front of me, even if I have to spend my life in turmoil, I am not afraid. Why am I not afraid of Su Dongpo? He said that I have this hemp fiber, so I'm not afraid. So what does this hemp fiber mean? Privately, this hemp fiber is Dongpo's ideal and persistence. His political ideals and concern for the world, he insisted on his own character and did not let himself go with the flow. There is a saying in the Bible: "I have finished the good battle, I have gone my way, and I have kept my faith."

Su Dongpo kept his own character, not only in the way of beauty in his heart, but also in the way that he cared about the beauty of the world. All the great poets in history are sharp, and their emotions are sharp not only in people, but also in flowers and plants. Xin Jiaxuan said: "One pine and one bamboo are true friends, and birds and flowers are good brothers." I would like to be his friend and brother, including pine and bamboo, Shan Ye flowers and birds. There was a scholar in modern times, Mr Ma Yifu. What did he say? "I have long known that Gan Kun is great, but I am still a rookie." "Gankun" is heaven and earth. I have known the vastness of heaven and earth, and I will still cherish the green. "Green" people, when vegetation is just beginning to live. And there is this kind of care for vegetation, not to mention people, he is my kind, I don't care more. And this is what I said before, Dongpo's concern and ambition turned into that hemp fiber.

These literati have the heart of the world. They won't be complacent for petty gain. They are thinking about the world. So is Su Dongpo, and so is Du Fu. Du Fu said, "I want you to be obedient, and then I will purify the customs." . What I see is the frozen bones of Zhumen wine stinking road. What I think in my mind is that there are thousands of spacious buildings in Ande, which greatly protect the world and make all the poor happy. You see, everything in your heart is for people's livelihood. But Du Fu is persistent. He thought about the imperial court at the last moment of his life and died on his way back to the imperial court. But as mentioned above, Su Dongpo not only has the detachment spirit of Taoism, but also has the hardships of his life in the face of political setbacks. He jumped out to look at these questions.

Dongpo was admitted to Jinshi very early. When he could have shown his ambition, his mother died. He stayed at home for three years and could not go out to be an official. Three years later, he finally came out to work, his father died again, and he had to be filial for three years. In this way, Dongpo returned to the imperial court six years later, and the political situation of the imperial court changed greatly. On his way to the imperial court, he saw that people in the new politics were not doing well and advised the emperor. In this way, people who advocated the new law were dissatisfied, and Su Dongpo was persecuted by various means. In this way, he was demoted to Hangzhou and served as a general. When I was a judge in Hangzhou, my life was very leisurely, I was dissatisfied with the people of the new party, and then I was demoted all the way. From Hangzhou to Mizhou, then to Xuzhou and finally to Huzhou. In Huzhou, he wrote a letter of thanks. He said: "I am ignorant, so it is difficult to keep up with the newcomers." If I am old, I can make trouble and support the people. " This means that I am clumsy and ignorant and can't keep up with some political ideas of the new party. I am the oldest, and it is good to demote me to distant counties and States. I can manage the people there and educate them. This sentence was extracted from the past and presented to the emperor by a willing heart, framing Dongpo as rude. Then Dongpo was put into Yushitai prison. There was a cypress tree in Yushitai. Crows often stopped on the cypress tree, so it was also called Wutai. And this level is the famous Wutai poetry case in history. Why poetry? It turned out that soon after Dongpo was imprisoned, the New Party members accepted his poems and wanted to persecute Su Dongpo in a written case. One of his poems: "Genda Jiuquan has no place to sing, and this heart can only be known by stinging dragons." Their detractors say that this poem is disrespectful to the emperor, who is the real dragon emperor. Why is he in the catacombs? Have a rebellious heart. In this way, Dongpo had a narrow escape in prison, and he did not forget to write poems for his younger brother and explain his own affairs. Finally, people think that Emperor Zongshen at that time was not fatuous. He said: Dongpo only recited cypress trees at that time, saying that if the dragon was stung, he would have the heart of rebellion. So doesn't Mr. Wolong Zhuge Liang want to seize the position of Emperor Shu Han? So Dongpo was demoted to Huangzhou and Hainan at the farthest. When he was exiled, he was also very concerned about the local people's livelihood. He built a Su Causeway in Hangzhou, a hospital to isolate infectious diseases and a bridge in Huizhou. Educated Hainan local students. Later, in order to commemorate Su Dongpo, Hainan people also established Dongpo Academy. On the way back to Beijing in Hainan, he also wrote, "Whoever adorns the clouds and the moon will make the sky and the sea clear." All the sufferings have passed, just like a storm. This is not only a description of the external environment at that time, but also a description of the suffering and anxiety I encountered. After they dispersed, I was still the same person who clarified me.

Dongpo went on to say: "The coolness of the spring breeze woke me up, slightly cold, but the mountain was oblique. Looking back at the bleak place. " The cold spring breeze woke up my wine. After the rain, there was a gust of wind, which felt a little cold, but there was a sunset on the mountain, and the light of the sunset shone on me head-on. I look back at the road I have traveled in my life. I am "rain or shine." "The wind and rain are coming" is bitter, and the latter theme is "The flowers in the forest have withered in spring, and they are in a hurry, but they have no choice but to come to the cold rain and the wind is late." The flowers written by my late master have suffered from wind and rain day and night, and it is a lifelong worry to see Dongpo say that his life is the same. People who are "sunny" are lucky. Dongpo's life is unfortunate, isn't it? He also has some lucky places. In his early years, he was appreciated by Ouyang Xiu, and he was also in high spirits. And these lucky and unfortunate things, in Dongpo's eyes, I want to jump out, I don't indulge in them. Fan Zhongyan said in "Yueyang Tower": I "don't like things, I don't like myself." I will not feel happy because of external good things, nor will I feel sad because of bad things. My heart is stable, detached and fearless.

Throughout his life, he has been wandering around and looking around. In this turmoil, he adjusted his mentality and turned this peace of mind into my hometown. In the midst of suffering, he jumped out, and I was neither rainy nor sunny. In the face of political frustration, I still say to the people: Jiangnan elders, time fishing with Sun.

You see, this is Dongpo, which combines sadness and generosity so beautifully. On the one hand, he is indifferent to his sufferings; on the other hand, he is so affectionate that he never forgets those he cares about.

I have described his view of history in detail. At the end of the article, I still want to express that we should all have a historical point of view to live, because with a historical point of view, we will not care too much about personal big gains and losses, nor will we take personal honor and disgrace seriously, because there are many historical figures with us at all times and in all countries, and * * * bears these ups and downs.
