Since I served as the director of the teaching and research section of the school from June 2065438 to October 2002, with the correct leadership of the county education bureau, the strong support of school leaders and the joint efforts of teachers, the teaching and research work of our school has been carried out steadily and orderly, forming a solid and efficient work style.
In addition to standardizing teaching routine management, consolidating teaching and research activities, we pay more attention to teacher development. Let me summarize my work in the past few years from five aspects:
1. Find a starting point for induction training, so that teachers can rest assured.
At the beginning of each semester, our teaching and research section should conduct an induction training for new teachers from the aspects of teachers' professional ethics, daily management of schools, teaching characteristics of various disciplines, etc., so that excellent teachers and new teachers in this discipline can form a helping pair to help them quickly enter the work role, adapt to the new life and become a vibrant new force in our school.
2. Strengthen the role and find the fulcrum to center the backbone teachers.
The teaching and research leaders in our school are all teaching experts or backbone teachers, and their enthusiasm for being teaching and research leaders is consumed by the monotonous and repetitive work every day. In public places, such as the new teacher training meeting, the feedback meeting of teaching plan homework inspection, and the subject training meeting of senior high school entrance examination, the teaching and research team leader can speak in person and summarize the feedback. Through these forms, we can strengthen their sense of professional leadership, thus stimulating their sense of responsibility and making them the vanguard of our school.
3. Find the highlights of classroom teaching, so that young teachers have confidence.
Our school has always been the forerunner of classroom teaching reform in our county. In the winter of 20 12, our school successfully held the on-site meeting of classroom teaching reform in the whole city. We establish and break the pattern, learn from the advanced and combine with the reality. I took the lead in finding a breakthrough in the classroom practice of Chinese subject and forming a subject model. And go deep into young teachers' classrooms, attend classes, study and grind lessons with them, try to find out the highlights of their classrooms, and help young teachers find the breakthrough point of their own disciplines, so that they are not limited by the curriculum reform model, are not trapped in the bottleneck of their own development, and have the confidence to develop themselves, so that they can work as the main force of our school.
4. Carry out activities to find features and make every teacher comfortable.
This semester, our public education reform has changed the habit that only some people take part in activities because of age and grade restrictions. We try to use the form of classroom team competition carried out by Zezhou County Teaching and Research Section to get all teachers involved. Under the leadership of the teaching and research group, we have formed a lesson preparation group, which prepares lessons collectively and has its own division of labor. In this way, the old, middle-aged and young contributed their wisdom and exerted their strength in the activities, so that every teacher experienced recognition and needs in the process of participating in the activities. In addition, we also carried out various activities, such as electronic whiteboard operation competition, micro-lesson making competition, classroom blackboard writing competition and so on. Let teachers who are good at computer operation, play online and write well show their specialties, experience the joy of being appreciated and learning, and let other teachers learn and improve in activities and feel the interest of self-improvement.
5. Find out the details of the research and reflect on it in teaching practice.
Because teachers' professional theory is weak and teaching tasks are heavy, subject research has been a difficult problem in our teaching and research work. Later, we specially designed the "Three Small Research Accounts of Chuandi Middle School", which divided the big topics of the school into small problems found in the teaching process, small strategies to solve problems, daily diary, weekly diary and persistence, which were our real research results. Every teacher is also required to develop the habit of writing reflections, because teachers need to have the ability of in-depth teaching. Only by calming down to discover details and writing reflections can we reap the joy of improvement and growth.
In my opinion, a key point of teaching and research work is to help teachers grow up, let teachers constantly discover and improve themselves in their work, and let teachers have internal drive and self-motivation in their hearts. When their teaching becomes an independent and dynamic process, they will feel the joy of work!
Third, work ideas: where there is light in the heart, there must be distance.
In the past few years as the head of the teaching and research group, I have understood the meaning of the sentence "one person may walk fast, but a group of people will go far". My work practice in recent years has enabled me to take the lead ideologically and professionally. I have handled well the relationship and coordination among teachers of various disciplines in the teaching and research group in my work, and led the division of labor, command and cooperation in the activities. These abilities are valuable assets for my further growth.

I want to be an educated person first. The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that moral education is the fundamental task. My philosophy of running a school is to lay a foundation for the happiness and development of students all their lives. This foundation includes knowledge and ability, behavior and habits, being a man and doing things. With this belief, there is determination, there is pressure with determination, and safety work, education and teaching work will be solid and orderly. To be a person who always loves the classroom and never stops learning, and to be a person who understands business and is grounded is the attitude of a principal. Increase the bottom strength with growth, only the bottom strength can make teachers grow.
To be a person with a big mind and a big pattern, you can be humble before honor and give in before interests. Fairness, integrity and selflessness are the qualities of a principal. (Serve people with virtue, build trust with virtue, and establish oneself with virtue)
To be a person who can bend down and put down his airs has a heart to serve students, teachers and schools. Give teachers direction in thought, give guidance in methods, care for teachers in life, create more learning and training opportunities for teachers, and let them grow. Efforts should also be made to tie the interests of schools and employees together and make overall consideration. With the help of the rank system reform, the limited funds can be used reasonably to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to the maximum extent. This is the principal's job. This is also the basis for the construction of the teaching staff.
Only by being thoughtful, willing to learn, open-minded and willing to serve, can we have the basic qualities of a principal (political literacy, moral literacy, cultural and scientific literacy, educational professionalism and management ability literacy), and only by having these qualities can we really play the leading role of a principal (educational ideology, work spirit and personality charm). This is my understanding and orientation of the principal's role.
I think the development of a school must first have a goal, so it is fundamental for the school to formulate a correct goal that is in line with the actual situation of the school and can stimulate the fighting spirit of teachers and students. Then we should carefully manage, strictly manage and efficiently manage, grasp teaching and improve the quality of education, taking education as the foundation and quality as the soul; Grasp management, improve the efficiency of running a school, standardize management and stimulate efficiency. Setting goals, strict management, seeking development and creating brands are my working ideas for school development.
If possible, I want to build my ideal happy brand campus with cultural ideas, create an environment with material culture, standardize with institutional culture, emphasize encouragement with spiritual culture, and seek a win-win situation for parents' culture. Of course, I know that as a principal, it is not enough to have only working ideas, but also a down-to-earth spirit of struggle, an innovative spirit of daring to try and an indomitable spirit of struggle. I am willing to work hard for my educational ideal and grow myself while achieving others!
Some people say that if teachers don't have poetry and distance, then students must only get along. Teachers' poetry and distance are whether they have a heart that loves life and whether they can get happiness from their work.
