Yuan Haowen's Poetic Proposition?

Yuan Haowen (1190-1257), a writer in Jin Dynasty, made great achievements in literary creation, especially in poetry creation. At the same time, he also has his own opinions on poetry theory, among which Thirty Poems is the most outstanding representative work. These thirty poems, in the form of a group of poems, commented on many important poets and several poetic schools from Han Wei to Song Dynasty and revealed their own poetic theories:

Advocating Jian 'an and despising Qi Liang, Xi Kun and Jiangxi; Promote natural freshness and oppose piling up and carving; Advocate strong and heroic, belittle fresh meat.
