Sanlu Tengfei Sculpture is located at the junction of Kundulun District, Qingshan District and Donghe District in Baotou City, in front of Tianwaitian Hotel.
Its implication symbolizes the development momentum of the three districts in the city. The soaring of Sanlu has also become a cultural symbol of Baotou.
