Interest is not innate, it needs the guidance of teachers, and it can only be established when they suck their sweet milk and nourish their body and mind. Therefore, Chinese teachers should make use of extracurricular interest group activities, patiently guide students to read books that suit them, deeply attract students with beautiful language, wonderful plots and perfect characters, and let them read independently and in a planned way. In addition, arrange some family extracurricular reading appropriately, so that parents can cooperate closely and help students form reading interest. Teachers should carefully help students make extracurricular reading plans, adhere to the principle of combining students' independent choice with teachers' active guidance, and ensure that students' reading content is healthy, diverse and moderately difficult. How to make a plan, according to the characteristics of each section, stipulate the number of words to read and choose articles suitable for the genre. Generally speaking, the total reading in primary school is about 6.5438+0.45 million words, with fairy tales, fables, stories, poems, essays and popular science books as the main genres, and the total reading in junior high school is about 2.6 million words, with no limitation on genres and various forms. Third, sincerely give students useful reading methods. There are only three ways to read-intensive reading, skimming and browsing. Choose words carefully and appreciate them repeatedly, which is called intensive reading; Simple and rude, knowing it is called skimming; A quick glance at ten lines aims to care about the meeting and is called browsing. These three methods have their own uses and should be organically combined and skillfully used. When reading through, skim mainly to know its general idea; When you meet branches and leaves, you should browse and know a little; When you encounter a wonderful scene, you should read it intensively, recite it repeatedly, ponder it repeatedly, circle it and record it. Only in this way can we have both speed and gain. Fourth, organize students to carry out effective extracurricular reading evaluation equally. It is undoubtedly futile to plant without harvesting.
