What does "called" mean in the Bible?

This word appears 20 times in the Bible and only once in the Old Testament. From these 20 verses, I understand that calling means salvation.

So, your question becomes what is salvation? Salvation is entirely God's job. First of all, he chose us in Christ before the creation. Second, Christ made atonement for those he chose on the cross. Third, when he is saved, God will give you a new resurrected spirit, and the Holy Spirit will live in your heart.

Therefore, if you want to know whether you are saved, you must sincerely ask yourself whether you are willing to truly obey God's command, that is, the complete word of God in the Bible. If you do, then you know that you love God, and this is the performance of salvation. If you only selectively or through your own rational analysis, logical thinking follows some commands that you think are reasonable and ignores some commands that you think are unreasonable, then you should be vigilant. For example, if you are a woman priest, you think that you are not only saved, but also a shepherd, leading God's flock. But whether you obey God's command or not, women are not allowed to preach in the church, and men are not allowed to govern. Obviously, they are unwilling to obey all God's commands, so whether they are saved or not must be seriously considered.

Matt 7:2 1 Those who call me Lord, Lord, cannot all enter the kingdom of heaven. Only those who do the will of my heavenly father can go in.

Matt 7:22 In that day, many people will say to me, Lord, Lord, are we not preaching in your name, driving out demons and performing many miracles in your name?

Matt 7:23 Then I told them plainly that I never knew you. Leave me, you evildoers.
