Gentle and humble

I am gentle and humble inside. Take my yoke and learn from me. Then you will find peace in your heart.

(Matthew 1 1:29 NIV)

Every time I think of our Lord, my heart will become soft. He is a god with supreme power, but when he becomes a sinner in the world, he is willing to give up everything, as Philippians said: take the heart of Christ Jesus as the heart:

He has the image of a god,

Don't equate yourself with God;

It's my vanity.

Took a picture of a slave,

Become a person's style;

If you look like someone, you are humble.

Obedience to death,

Died on the cross.

(Philippians 2:5-8)

Jesus is willing to endure all humiliation and oppression in order to fulfill the will of the Father. When he endured all this, he was not passive and helpless, but because of his deepest mission in life, he despised all this suffering. Jesus said: I am gentle and humble in heart, so take my yoke and learn from me; Then you will find peace in your heart.

Soft, like water, nourishes everything and does not show its body; For example, cotton, no matter what external blows it receives, remains true to itself, neither supercilious nor supercilious, flexible but not hard. Peace, live in peace with everything, without hatred and competition. Modesty, respect, humility, no complacency, no pride. Humble, know your own smallness before God, and stand respectfully. My explanation is too limited. The word "gentleness and humility" has been vividly interpreted in the life of Christ. Every word and deed of Christ is worth savoring and digesting. He told his followers to learn his style.

You should bear my yoke. Yoke is a bent piece of wood that cows and horses put around their necks when they are driving. It walks in the right direction in bondage. The yoke of the Lord is that we have no gentle and humble style, so we need to accept the constraints and changes of the Lord's words, let go of our blood and hostility, and let our lives walk in the right direction under the guidance of the Lord. Jesus said, in this way, your hearts will enjoy rest.

Please help us to bear the yoke of the Lord, learn the style of the Lord, practice more in this class and enjoy peace.
