How was Wing Chun Boxing born?

Ever since Donnie Yen starred in the film Ip Man in 2008, Wing Chun has been popular all over the country in recent years.

With the permission of Master Lai, the head coach of Quanzhou Wing Chun Boxing Studio, I would like to share the teaching plan of Wing Chun Boxing with you today:

The film "Ip Man" series Donnie Yen hits a stake.

Before understanding the training system of Wing Chun Quan, we need to know what the training systems of Wing Chun Quan are:

Wing Chun Boxing System

Routine: small idea, sinking bridge, forefinger and wooden stake routine

Basic skills: turning horse, turning horse to fight, entering horse, entering Ma Chong boxing, etc.

Against the sword: stork hand

Actual combat: sudden snatch, chopping stakes.

Yes, the content of Wing Chun Boxing is so concise. Wing Chun has no moves, only techniques. Master the basic skills, and then cooperate with the basic skills of footwork, you can enter the practice of sparring. Snipers are used to correct Wing Chun's techniques and strength skills. After the sniper has learned a certain degree, he will start actual combat.

Wing Chun Boxing is like this. After a few short routines and extremely simple basic skills, the rest are sparring, sparring and sparring. But just knowing the name is not enough. How to practice? Don't worry, please look down.

Wing Chun boxing courses generally include:

1, warm-up exercise

2. Basic training (for practicing routines, postures, footwork and training coordination)

3. Dui Jian (Wing Chun Quan's unique training method, which is used to train Wing Chun Quan's techniques, moves and force details)

4, actual combat sparring (divided into single action or combination simulation actual combat)

warm up

1, joint activities

Step 2 stretch

3. Kicking exercises

Warm-up exercises are divided into joint activities, stretching exercises and kicking exercises. Warm up before each training to avoid injury during training.

Wing Chun Boxing Foundation

1, think carefully

2. Double-toe pliers for sheep and horses

3, skill footwork

Mindfulness is the most basic skill of Wing Chun Boxing. It includes most techniques such as "spreading, palm, arm, squatting, pillow and fist" of Wing Chun, as well as Wing Chun's "two-character pliers for sheep and horses", which is the basic routine for Wing Chun to get started.

Small creative program

Two-toed pincers for sheep and horses is a unique actual combat position of Wing Chun Boxing, which is different from the traditional Siping position. Its structure is very similar to the Eiffel Tower which stands in the Ares Square in Paris, France. Composed of multiple triangles, the structure is stable and scientific.

The footwork includes turning the horse, advancing and retreating the horse and other exercises. Finally, training should be combined with posture and techniques, such as horse turning and fighting.

Turning horse is an activity based on two-toed pliers, practicing fixed "dead horse steps" and mastering the unique strength skills of Wing Chun Boxing.

Advance and retreat, that is, on the basis of wing chun's two-toed clamp horse rotation, take a step forward. As the old saying goes, to teach boxing is not to teach steps, but to teach the master of stepping. Wing Chun Boxing is an introduction to footwork, striving to learn "usable" kung fu with the highest efficiency.

Stork hand

1, one-handed operation

2. Two-handed sniper

3. Hands loose: pull the racket.

Stork hand is a unique training method of Wing Chun Boxing. Just like Tai Ji Chuan's "Pushing Hands", it is a two-person simulation exercise trained by our school's stunts. We can learn the angle, size, force mode and action response through the stork hand. It can be said that the snipe hand is the core of Wing Chun Boxing. Wing Chun Boxing has only three routines and one dummy method, but even if you have learned it all without practicing snipe, it is equivalent to "returning to Baoshan empty-handed". Because routines are dead, and snipers are the key to practicing routines.

Wing Chun Boxing Practical Training

Stork-to-hand sparring is a simulated practice of Wing Chun Boxing in actual combat, and it is always hand in hand. And actual combat sparring is the further training method of sparring. At this stage, students will learn how to apply Wing Chun Boxing to fighting and conduct simulation training of attack and defense. General practical training includes "arrow hammer", "unfolding", "flapping" and "pulling", and you can enter the combined application after you are proficient in the movements.

2. Slap backward plowman+spring horse's paw+chasing Ma Chong fist+kicking.

Wing Chun Boxing Practical Combination Training

At this stage, it is necessary to re-integrate all the fragments learned before so that students can use what they have learned flexibly. After all, applying what you have learned is the ultimate goal of learning Wing Chun.

The training of Wing Chun Boxing does not stop there. The above is the core training scheme of Wing Chun Boxing. Do you have a more intuitive understanding of Wing Chun after reading it?

As an efficient, concise, practical and interesting China Kung Fu, I hope Wing Chun Boxing is not just a talk after dinner, but can really integrate into social groups and benefit the people.
