Yang Hua was crying all the time, and he heard that the dragon had crossed the five streams.
I'm worried about the bright moon, and it's gone with the wind until it's gone west.
[Author's Brief Introduction]
Li Bai (71-762), born on February 8, 71, Han nationality, with the name Taibai, was a great romantic poet in the Tang Dynasty, and was called a poet in Chinese history. His poetic style is bold and elegant, his imagination is rich, his language flows naturally, and his temperament is harmonious and changeable. He is good at absorbing nutritional materials from folk songs and myths, forming his unique magnificent and gorgeous colors. He is the new peak of active romantic poetry since Qu Yuan, and is also known as "Li Du" with Du Fu, and is the greatest poet in Chinese history.
Note "Follow Jun until Yelangxi". In some areas, Jun is written as "wind" and "and follow the wind until Yelangxi".
[Notes]
1. Wang Changling, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, was demoted as a county captain of Longbiao during the Tianbao period. Move to the left: demote. Longbiao: the name of the county in the Tang Dynasty, which is still a very remote place in Qianyang County, Hunan Province today.
2. Move to the left: the ancient reveres the right and condescends to the left; if you move to the left, you will be demoted.
3. Yang Hua: catkin. Sub-regulation: the cuckoo, with its mournful cry.
4. Zigui: cuckoo.
5. Long Biao: Today, Qianyang, Hunan, was very secluded in the Tang Dynasty. The poem refers to Wang Changling. The ancients used to address a person by the name of the state or county where he was an official.
6. Five streams: Yuanxi, Wuxi, Xixi, Wuxi and Chenxi, which are located in western Hunan and eastern Guizhou.
7, with the wind: one is "following the king".
8. Yelang: In the Han Dynasty, ethnic minorities in southwest China once established political power in parts of western and northern Guizhou, northeastern Yunnan and southern Sichuan, which is called Yelang. Yelang County was established in Tongzi, Guizhou and Yuanling, Hunan in the Tang Dynasty. This refers to Yelang in Hunan (in the present Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County, adjacent to Qianyang). Li Bai was in the southeast at that time, so he said, "Follow the wind until Yelangxi".
[Appreciation]
Wang Changling moved to Longbiao to the left. In fact, he didn't make any mistakes, so he showed his innocence in the poem "at hibiscus inn parting with xin jian": "Luoyang's relatives and friends are like asking each other, and a piece of ice is in the jade pot." Li Bai sent this poem from afar after knowing his unfortunate experience, expressing deep sympathy and comfort.
[Background]
"I heard that Wang Changling moved to Longbiaoyao to the left and sent this message" is a good poem to express his anger and comfort for his good friend Wang Changling's demotion. Wang Changling was also one of the bright stars in the poetry circle of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, famous for writing frontier fortress themes, and especially good at the Seven Wonders. In the early years of Tianbao, Li Bai had close contact with Hanlin when he offered sacrifices to him in Chang 'an. Wang Changling had a rough life, and his personality was similar to that of Li Bai. The time when Wang Changling was demoted to the rank of Long Biao is uncertain, and some people speculate that it was around the year of Tianbao in 1978. Li Bai left Beijing for three years from Tianbao and was in Yangzhou at this time. Hearing this unfortunate news, he wrote poems to express his feelings and sent them to friends far away.

When the flowers are falling, the cuckoos are crying,
I learned that you were demoted to the dragon label to trudge the five streams.
entrust my sorrow to the bright moon, and
accompany you to the west of Yelang!
