What is the style of Cthulhu?

Cthulhu style refers to a kind of horror novel and fantasy literature style, which was originally put forward by American writer H.P. Lovecraft. The main feature of Cthulhu style is to explore the fear and mysterious power that human beings can't understand and depict incredible creatures, myths and horror scenes.

In Cthulhu-style works, supernatural creatures often appear, such as deep-sea monsters, unknown mysterious creatures, ancient evil gods and so on. These creatures are usually described as extremely powerful and horrible, which is beyond human understanding and imagination. Dark atmosphere and depressed emotions are often used in works to enhance the horror effect, and the depiction of characters and scenes usually emphasizes the dark, ruins and decadent atmosphere.

The name of Cthulhu style comes from a series of works created by Lovecraft, in which the protagonists are mysterious ancient gods, the most famous of which is Cthulhu. These works have become classics of horror novels and fantasy literature, and also influenced the creation of many other fields, such as games, movies and music.
