Point out the central sentence in the ancient poem Chrysanthemum.

chrysanthemum

Tang Dynasty: Li Shangyin

Dark purple, bright yellow.

They have the color of Tao Yuanming's Hedgerow and the fragrance of Lohan House.

Chrysanthemum is not afraid of wet dew, but afraid of the arrival of the sunset.

I am willing to stay by the water and drink the parrot cup, hoping to come to the feast of the rich.

In the last two sentences, the poet euphemistically expressed with chrysanthemum: "May the golden parrot ascend to Bai Yutang." It shows that he hopes to dip the gold cup and give it to Bai Yutang for the use of the nobles, but it actually shows the poet's desire to be an official in the DPRK.

The outstanding feature of this poem is the blending of things and me. Except for the first two sentences, the rest of the sentences are all about chrysanthemums, and each sentence is written by itself, which is a masterpiece of expressing things and aspirations. Write without leaving anyone. Things merge with each other. Things don't touch things, and they are locked up everywhere. Writing about yourself is not detached from things, but everywhere. For example, writing three or four sentences about the color and fragrance of chrysanthemums is related to turning over officials. Writing five or six sentences about chrysanthemum is not afraid of frost and dew, which shows that it wants to be immersed in a golden cup and given to Bai Yutang for the use of nobles. In fact, it shows the poet's desire to be an official in the DPRK.
