In the daily teaching work of preschool teachers, writing activity design lesson plans is an important part of lesson preparation. If the lesson plan is well written, with clear goals, clear organization, and clear levels, then the implementation process of the lesson plan, that is, during class, will be smooth, orderly, and with a clear focus. On the contrary, if the teaching is unclear, the teaching is unclear, the teacher's thoughts are unclear, and the scholars are confused, then good teaching results cannot be achieved.
It can be seen that writing a good activity design is an important prerequisite for a good class. So, how can we write an excellent lesson plan?
1. Choose appropriate teaching materials
When we choose teaching materials, we must consider the age characteristics and interests of children. The content of a lesson should be deeper, shallower, more, or less. All are inappropriate. Only by choosing teaching content that is suitable for children's age characteristics and can arouse children's interest can we preemptively achieve the purpose of education.
2. Establish clear activity goals
In principle, the setting of goals should be based on the actual situation of the child. Determining an activity goal is mainly determined from three aspects:
1. Cognition
2. Ability
3. Emotion
For example, the goal of the children's song "Crossing the Bridge" is:
1. Learn to read poetry clearly and with a natural voice.
2. Try to simply imitate it.
3. Experience the fun of activities.
Goal 1: Learning to read aloud and learning children's songs is at the knowledge level, and it is the accumulation and consolidation of knowledge;
Goal 2: Trying to simply imitate is at the ability level, and it is about ability. Improve and exercise;
Goal 3: The fun of experiencing activities is at the emotional level, and it is the experience and expression of emotions.
Of course, although the above three aspects are basically considered when determining goals, it does not mean that every activity design has such three goals. Sometimes they can also be combined, and each can be based on The focus of the activity is used to arrange the goals before and after. For example, the goals of the children's song "The Sun and the Moon" are as follows:
1. To actively participate in activities and experience the fun brought by poetry.
2. Try to compose poems to stimulate children’s creative spirit.
Goal 1: Participation and experience include both knowledge and emotion. Participation in activities means learning children’s songs during activities and completing the learning and accumulation of knowledge; experiencing fun means emotional feelings.
Goal 2: Creation and stimulation in education are the cultivation of abilities, which will improve children's creative ability and develop their creative spirit. And among the two goals, experience is obviously the more important, so it is placed as the first goal. That is to say, in different activities, sometimes the knowledge goal is the most important, sometimes the emotional goal is the most important, and sometimes the ability goal is the most important, which can be reflected in the ranking of goals. If all three are equally important, they can be arranged according to knowledge, ability, and emotion.
3. Design an appropriate activity process
The arrangement of the process is just like the order of cooking. Whether to put the main ingredients first or the condiments first. When adding the condiments, put the ginger and garlic first. It’s important to put the wine and vinegar first. If you put it well and at the right time, the color will be delicious and fresh, and you will have endless aftertaste in your mouth. If you don’t put the ingredients well, you will lose your appetite, and no matter how nutritious or good the ingredients are, they will be wasted. flow and lose their due value.
Whether a class can arouse children's interest in the first place, the first part of the opening is very important. Whether the introduction of the topic can seize the lead plays a vital role in the development of a class. Therefore, the first shot must be fired well and accurately to attract the child's attention as much as possible.
Generally, after introducing the topic, the key content is studied. There is a step-by-step process, from the shallower to the deeper, from the outside to the inside. That is to say, we need to teach in a proper way, so that children can learn happily and gain something from their learning. How to teach and learn depends on how you design the activity process. Therefore, in the design process, there are many hidden factors of the teacher that penetrate into the design. You must understand in your mind where this link should be arranged, how it should be arranged, and why it should be arranged in this way. Only by knowing it well when designing, In order to be able to use it freely in class.
At the end of the activity, it is easy for us to make a stupid mistake, that is, thinking that the class is over anyway, and hurry up to end the matter. However, we do not know that doing so can easily lead to a top-heavy and a tail-end feeling, so in the final link It must also be leisurely and have a beginning and an end. It is best to echo the opening to make the whole event feel complete. Moreover, there should be a main line running through the entire activity design to make the whole lesson clear and organized. Do not overflow with Chinese and Western food, and use chopsticks for a while and a knife and fork for a while, causing unnecessary confusion.
In every activity, there is a process of learning, consolidation, improvement, and transfer. A good activity design also leaves suspense at the end. A good lesson should not end abruptly, but should leave endless aftertaste and unfinished meaning.
4. Prepare appropriate props
Teaching aids serve teaching, so they should be refined but not numerous, clever but not expensive. Every teaching aid should be used on the cutting edge. The design and preparation of teaching aids must take into account the age characteristics of the children and the needs of the class.
The amount of teaching aids should be sufficient, but not too much. Too much may cause unnecessary trouble. The production of teaching aids should be exquisite, but not fancy. You can use ready-made objects or use waste items to make them, but they must not be made in a rough way to avoid giving people a sense of irresponsibility. But it doesn’t have to be too fancy, as it wastes time, easily distracts children, and sometimes even makes it look useless.
When writing lesson plans, just write clearly the teaching aids related to this lesson. Of course, the preparations written in the lesson plans are not just the preparation of teaching aids, but also include the knowledge preparation of children. If there are some Special events also require weather preparation, etc.
5. Elements of a lesson plan
A complete activity design contains four elements, namely the four major points mentioned above:
1. Design intention , or it can be teaching material analysis
2. Activity goals
3. Activity preparation
4. Activity process
If necessary, A fifth point can also be added: activity extension.
In short, to write a good lesson plan, you must first choose teaching materials suitable for children of all ages, then conduct an in-depth analysis of the teaching materials, carefully determine the goals of the activities, and design the process around the goals. Every link must effectively serve the goal, so as to achieve the purpose of teaching easily and learning happily. Every activity can truly allow children to get the improvement and development they deserve.
