Ci is a kind of ancient poetry in China, right?

There is a difference between words and poems. After the Tang Dynasty, poetry went downhill, and the Song people found another way and began to praise. Ci has songs to sing, just like our lyrics now. Ci didn't get a high evaluation after the Song Dynasty, and poets in the Ming Dynasty even directly cut down the Yuanqu of Song Ci, which shows that Ci was not recognized in ancient times, at least before the Ming Dynasty. It was not until modern times that Yuan Qu of Song Ci gained the same height as Tang Poetry.
