On the back hill of our school, just opposite the back window of our classroom, there is a tree. A humble tree, except in late autumn.
Only in late autumn will it be so attractive.
As soon as autumn arrives, its leaves gradually turn from green to yellow, gradually changing. Its leaves are as wide as the palm of your hand, slender and dense, arranged on the branches like feathers. Although there are still many companions standing around, they are either a little dark green or bare. Only it stands out, wearing shiny autumn clothes, standing brightly in the center of the stage and accepting the pursuit of eyes.
After several frosts, its leaves turned completely golden yellow. A cool breeze blew, and the leaves danced like butterflies, which was beautiful. The fallen leaves are floating in waves, and sometimes it is windy, as if it is snowing heavily. I'm thinking, in a few days, its leaves will completely fall out! So I always hope to see every beautiful moment of it.
Look at the ground, it is covered with leaves of this tree. It will definitely creak when you step on it. From a distance, the tree is yellow and the ground is yellow, just like an oil painting.
This tree has never been so magical. Next spring, I will definitely take a good look at how it sprouts and grows leaves.
It is a bitter oak tree, a tree that shines in autumn.
