Milton (UK)
I have always forgotten talking to you;
Forget the season, and the change of the season; All the happiness
I can't remember; The smell in the morning is the sweetest-
How sweet! After a while, add the early bird.
The first whimper; In the east, the sun rises,
Give the beautiful rivers and mountains another layer of golden light and red.
Dewdrops, sparkling flowers, trees and fruits,
How lovely; After taking a shower,
Fertile land exudes the fragrance of earth; How beautiful-
That night, warmth and gratitude came;
So night came quietly, and so did the nightingale.
A bright moon rises with her entourage-
Gem-like stars; However, in any case,
The smell of the morning, and then add the sound of birds.
The first whimper; Or the rising sun,
Shining on beautiful rivers and mountains, shining on flowers and fruits-
Dewdrops glistened; Or the smell of earth after rain;
That night, warm and grateful; Quiet night,
Her nightingale; Walking in the moonlight,
Or twinkling stars, without you,
It won't be sweet or beautiful.

Eve's Love is selected from the fourth volume of the poet Milton's Paradise Lost.
Paradise Lost was written by Milton after the failure of the British bourgeois revolution. At that time, many poets and dramatists defected and surrendered after the restoration of kingship, but Milton stood firm, fought to the end with his great pen, and sang three famous poems, Paradise Lost, paradise regained and Samson, in a difficult and difficult environment. As he was blind at that time, these three poems were recited by him and dictated by his assistant.
The story in the epic Paradise Lost originates from the second and third chapters of the Christian Bible. There are only about forty sentences in the Bible. After Milton's mental processing and artistic imagination, it has become an epic masterpiece with more than ten thousand lines.
The epic Paradise Lost tells the story of how Adam and Eve lost the Garden of Eden. Satan, the devil, could not bear the supreme power of God and led a rebellion against divine authority. After the failure, all the demons were sent to hell. Satan swears: victory or defeat is not a foregone conclusion, and failure is revenge. He heard that God created the world and created a perfect creature to live there. He is determined to seize this newly created world and lure mankind to serve these demons. Satan turned into a snake and lured Eve to eat the forbidden fruit on the knowledge tree. Adam couldn't resist Eve's persuasion and ate the forbidden fruit. Their infidelity angered God, who declared that snakes would always be mortal enemies of mankind. Eve will suffer great pain in childbirth and will always obey Adam; Adam can only fill his stomach by sweating and working hard. God banished them from the Garden of Eden forever. Finally, Adam and Eve walked hand in hand from heaven to the wilderness with the hope of human salvation.
Paradise Lost * * * Twelve volumes. Among them, the fourth volume describes the carefree and happy life of ancestors Adam and Eve before the loss of heaven. Eve's love is a dialogue between them, and it is Eve's feeling of expressing love to Adam.
The first sentence first describes the joy Eve got in the conversation with Adam (that is, the joy of love)-forgetting the changes of time, seasons and seasons, and all other joys. Then, the poet mobilized various senses and described the natural beauty from sunrise to sunset: the fragrance of the morning, the singing of birds ... the jewel-like stars and so on. From smell and taste, such as "the fragrance in the morning", to hearing, such as "birds singing", vision, such as "flowers and plants exposed" and touch, such as "soft showers". One by one describes the energetic happiness immersed in nature. Everything is intoxicating, how beautiful everything is! "But", the poet simply restated the scene that brought happiness before, only removed those attractive decorative words, and lamented that "without you, everything would not be sweet and beautiful."
The poet used various rhetorical devices to express Eve's deep love and affection for Adam, and created a beautiful realm of purity and holiness.
