"Guan Shanyue" is one of the Yuefu songs in Han Dynasty, which belongs to "Drum and Horn Crossing Songs". At that time, the border guards often sang it. Li Bai's poems still inherit the ancient Yuefu in content, but the brushwork is unique and innovative. The poet described the hardships of the ancient border guards and condemned the sufferings brought to the people by the unjust war, thus insinuating and criticizing the militancy of the ruling class in the Tang Dynasty and showing the theme of opposing the war of aggression.
