Longnan has attracted countless literati and poets in the past dynasties, chanting praises, and excellent works have been passed down from generation to generation. Li Bai, a poet, traveled back and forth to Dragon Tree and set foot in Longnan, leaving behind an eternal masterpiece "Difficult Road to Shu". Poet Du Fu once lived in the same valley and wrote many well-known poems. Lu You, a patriotic poet, once joined the army in Hechi (Huixian) and wrote many exciting chapters. Su Shi, a great writer, once sleepwalked in Qiu Chi, and wrote an exclamation poem: "I'm at a loss, I really want to go to Qiu Chi", expressing my strong desire for Longnan. Longnan, located in the southeast of Gansu, is an area where farming culture, animal husbandry culture and fishing and hunting culture meet and accumulate in the history of China. Unique geographical advantages, long history and colorful ethnic customs have given birth to rich intangible cultural heritage resources. As of 20 13, 3 projects have been listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list and 22 projects have been listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage list. 69 municipal intangible cultural heritage lists were published 1 time, and 340 county intangible cultural heritage lists were published. Up to now, the State Council has published three national intangible cultural heritage lists, and Longnan has included three items (Nuo Dance in Wenxian-Chige Prefecture, Wudu Gaoshan Opera and Xihe Qiaoqi Festival). Gansu Province announced three batches of intangible cultural heritage lists, and 22 items in Longnan were selected (Longnan Shadow Play, Wenxian Lei Yu Lantern Play, Xihe Guan Haruka Singing, Kangxian Longmuge, Liangdang Haozi, Kangxian Gong and Drum Grass, Kangnan Maoshan Song, Kangxian Suona Art, Dangchang Qiang Nuo Dance, Longnan Gao Shanju, Lixian Guan Haruka Singing, and Huixian Hechi).
