"Youzhou Tower";
Youzhou: One of the twelve ancient states, now Beijing. Youzhoutai: Huang Jintai, also known as Jibei Building, is located in Daxing District of Beijing today. It was built by Yan Zhaowang to recruit the world's wise men.
