Which poem does "I don't speak first in spring, which bug dares to make a noise" come from?

This poem comes from Mao Zedong's seven-character quatrain "Seven Ancient Singing Frogs". The original poem is:

Sitting alone by the pool like a tiger, watching the wake under the shade tree.

If I don't speak first in spring, which bug will dare to keep silent?

Translation:

Sitting alone on the edge of the pond is like a tiger crouching, practicing his spirit under that green tree.

It's spring, and if I don't scream first, which bug will dare to scream?

Creation background

Dongshan primary school has a beautiful environment. It is located in Donganping, 23 miles away from the urban area, backed by the majestic and verdant Dongtai Mountain, facing the rippling Lianshui River and surrounded by flat and wide rice fields. Within the school wall, surrounded by rivers, the trees are green. When spring comes, frogs can be heard everywhere, which inspires Mao Zedong's childlike innocence of loving life and pursuing truth.

So I wrote the frog's seven-character quatrain. Two years later, Mao Zedong went to Changsha to continue his studies. Before leaving, he copied a poem from his father's household registration book: "My son is determined to go to the countryside, and he will never return without learning to become famous." Bones don't need to be buried, life is everywhere. "Express their lofty aspirations.

This is a poem written by Mao Zedong when he was studying in Dongshan Middle School in Xiangxiang. Mao Zedong came to Dongshan Primary School, a new school located in the bustling downtown area, from the remote Shaoshan. Most of his classmates are rich, well-dressed and elegant. Mao Zedong usually wears shabby shorts and trousers and comes from other places. He is six years older than other students.

This "Xinxiang Balao" was laughed at and despised by most students. However, this inferiority complex not only didn't make him depressed, but inspired his great ambition and courage to make progress.

Knowing this tortuous experience of young Mao Zedong, and then looking at the seven-character ancient poem "Chanting Frog", we can see that its rich feelings are very clear, which can be said to be a wonderful portrayal of young Mao Zedong's heroic feelings.
