Supplementary translation:
Among the thousands of mountains and ridges, there is no shadow of a single bird; on all roads, Not a single trace of a pedestrian could be seen. There is a lonely boat on the cold river. An old man wearing a raincoat and a bamboo hat is fishing alone in the snowy river. This is a poem written when he was demoted to Yongzhou, Hunan. It mainly describes the scene of the old man fishing alone in the cold. He used the river snow to fish alone to express his noble and aloof emotions and express his political frustration and depression.
