You are the seventh day of July, and I am the seventh day of July. We are destined to meet at Queqiao on this day, regardless of the rush of time or the distance between Baiyin and China people.
Follow you from generation to generation and never give up.
Today, so many flowers are in full bloom, magpies and flowers surround us, the river flows gently, every sound is an ode, a blessing of true love, and every movement is a caress and a sweet hug.
My love for you has never changed. Please don't say that you and I are in the end of the world. Our hearts are angels with wings, not to mention flying across the bridge. Loving you is the happiness of my life and the virtue of my previous life.
About tanabata:
China Valentine's Day, also known as Qiaoqi Festival, Qijie Festival, Daughter's Day, Beggar's Day, Chinese Valentine's Day, Niuniu Festival and Qiaoxi Festival, is a traditional folk festival in China. Valentine's Day in China, which originated from the worship of stars, is Seven Sisters's birthday in the traditional sense. Because of the worship of Seven Sisters on the seventh day of July, it was named Tanabata.
It is the traditional custom of Qixi to worship the seven sisters, pray, seek skillful art, sit and watch morning glory and weave stars, pray for marriage and store water on Qixi. After historical development, Tanabata has been endowed with the beautiful love legend of "Cowherd and Weaver Girl", making it a festival symbolizing love, which is regarded as the most romantic traditional festival in China, and also has the cultural meaning of "China Valentine's Day" in contemporary times.
