Who are the members of Tian Yun Poetry Class in Taiwan Province Province?

Teana is the first full-time professional music service team in Taiwan Province Province, founded by American missionaries Doris Brougham and Li Enqi on 1963. Being affiliated with the Christian Salvation Communication Association (hereinafter referred to as Salvation Communication), it is the first Christian choir in Taiwan Province Province, and the Song of Tian Yun, which was subsequently produced on TV channel, is the first religious program in Taiwan Province Province.

Pastor Doris Brougham himself plays the trumpet very well and is no stranger to French horn and saxophone. She used to teach music in colleges and universities. Her musical accomplishment and love for music had a far-reaching influence on Tian Yun's creation. She established the singing style of Tian Yun's four-part harmony between men and women, and encouraged Tian Yun to engage in China's poetry creation with an open cosmopolitan mind.

Tian Yun Choir, founded in 1963, appeared in the TV media in the same year, singing "Song of Tian Yun", which became a popular singing program in the streets, even in markets and temples. At the beginning of 65,438+05, the music department of ORTV mainly translated European and American poems, and became the sacred music resource of the church at that time by means of broadcasting, vinyl records and publishing poetry collections.

That is, it was 1979. In each department, Tian Yun experienced the equipment and shaping of God and started the creation of China's poems, which was a great milestone.

Although Christian poetry and music originated in Europe and America, Tian Yun's creation responded to the life dedication of every Tian Yun member and declared to the world that Christianity is not a foreign culture. It is the real experience of life, and the charm of the sky makes people move; Stop being happy; I hope that through music without borders, every soul can receive this gift from God.
